| Objective:Through randomized controlled trials,to observe the skin regeneration medical technology(Moist Exposed Bum Treatment/Moist Exposed Bum Ointment,MEBT/MEBO)imbricated type compression bandage clinical curative effect for the treatment of limb Ⅱ degree burn wounds. Methods:This research adopts randomized controlled method, will be included in the standard of 60 patients with limb Ⅱ degree burns with SPSS21.0 randomly divided into two groups, each group 30 cases. Two groups of patients were given antibiotics to prevent infection and MEBT/MEBO to treat the wound after admission. The treatment group was treated with elastic bandage and the control group was treated with ordinary bandage and pressure free bandage.Dressing was changed every 8 hours after admission to the 7th day of admission, and every 12 hours after the 7th day of treatment.14 days for a period of treatment, before treatment, treatment 3 days,7 days,14 days treatment observation and record of two groups of patients with wounds effusion, pain, wound healing rate, etc.,record treatment 5 days residual blister blister fluid production and residual blister area, statistics of two groups of patients with wound healing time, wound healing, telephone follow-up of 1 times a month,3 months after the statistics of two groups of patients with wound healing after march pigmentation and scar hyperplasia.Statistical software SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the collected data, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:A total of 57 cases were completed in this study, including 28 in the treatment group and 29 in the control group.(1)In terms of reducing exudation and relieving pain, the scores of exudation and pain in both groups showed a downward trend after treatment, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group on the 3rd and 7th day of treatment, while there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 14 th day of treatment.(2)On day 5,the amount of residual blister fluid and the area of residual blister in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in wound healing rate between the treatment group and the control group on the 7th and 14 th day of treatment.(4)The average healing time of the treatment group was 15.68 days, while that of the control group was 15.83 days. There was no significant difference in the wound healing time between the two groups.(5)After 14 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was similar, the significant efficiency of the treatment group was 82.14% and the significant efficiency of the control group was 75.86%.(5)Three months after wound healing, there was no scar hyperplasia on the wound surface of patients in both groups.Pigmentation appeared in 7 cases in the treatment group and 9 cases in the control group, and there was no significant difference in pigmentation between the two groups.(6)No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:(1)MEBT/MEBO with imbricate type compression bandage with MEBT/MEBO bandaging ordinary therapy for limb Ⅱ degree burns, during wound healing rate, wound healing time and pigmentation and scar hyperplasia after the treatment.(2)MEBT/MEBO combined with imbricated pressure dressing can reduce the exudation of the burn wound in the early stage, relieve the pain of the wound and relieve the pain of the patients. |
