Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of skin regeneration technique(MEBT/MEBO)in the treatment of cold heat burn wounds. The advantages of treating this disease were discussed from the comparative observation of local symptom integral, wound healing rate, wound healing time and bacterial detection rate of wound secretions. Methods:Methods a randomized control method was used to randomly divide50 cases of patients with Cryogenic burns who met the inclusion criteria into the treatment group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group,24 cases in the treatment group and 23 cases in the control group. Both groups received surgical debridement, the wounds in the treatment group were treated with skin regeneration medical technology(MEBT/MEBO),and the wounds in the control group were treated with Besuxin recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel for a course of 7 days.A total of 4 courses of treatment were observed. The observation time points were before treatment,7days after treatment,14 days after treatment,21 days after treatment, and 28 days after treatment.Relevant data were obtained by comparing the local symptom score, wound healing rate, wound healing time and bacteria detection rate of wound secretions of the two groups before and after wound treatment.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Result:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy after wound treatment between the two groups. In the treatment group, the number of cured cases was 17,thenumber of obvious cases was 3,the number of effective cases was 2,the number of invalid cases was 2,the number of shedding cases was 1,and the total effective rate was 91.67%.In the control group, there were 16 cured cases,2 obvious cases,2 effective cases,3 invalid cases, and 2 shedding cases, with a total effective rate of 86.96%.There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison of the total scores of local symptoms on the wounds between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).On the 14 th day of treatment, the total scores of local symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).Compared within the two groups, the total scores of local symptoms after wound treatment were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).On the 7th day of treatment, the scores of wound exudation and rotting flesh in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of granulation, area and pain on the wound surface(P>0.05).On the 14 th day of treatment, the wound carrion, granulation and area scores of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).On the 28 th day of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in wound exudation, rotting flesh, granulation, area and pain score(P>0.05).(3)The wound healing rate of the two groups was compared, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on day 7,day 14 and day 28(P>0.05).(4)The comparison and analysis of wound healing time between the two groups showed no statisticallysignificant difference(P>0.05).(5)The bacterial detection rate of wound secretions in the two groups was compared, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the 7th,14 th,21st and 28 th days of treatment(P>0.05).(6)No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion : Skin regeneration medical technology(MEBT/MEBO)and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel have similar efficacy in improving the wound healing rate and shortening the wound healing time.During the treatment, both of them can alleviate local symptoms of the wound without adverse reactions and have strong operability, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
