Therapeutic Effect Analysis Of Zenggu Decoction Combined With Platelet Rich Plasma In Treatment Of Osteoporotic Femoral Neck Fracture

Abstract/Summary:
ObjectiveBy collecting 89 cases of patients with osteoporotic femoral neck fracture clinically relevant data,analysis the three full thread on the basis of the hollow screws,increase bone soup joint platelet rich plasma(platelet rich plasma,PRP)in the treatment of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture in the process of clinical effect,for clinical disease diagnosis and treatment scheme and offer certain reference.MethodsAnalyzed retrospectively from January 2017 to January 2020 in hubei province hospital hospital treatment of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture patients information,collect the basic information of each patient,fracture type,treatment,hospitalization,total time and follow-up duration,etc.,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the final accord with standard of the study of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture patients with total89 cases,and according to the choice of treatment plan is divided into three groups A,B,C,three groups of patients with closed reduction and the basis of full thread hollow screw fixation,including A group on the basis of this increase bone soup treatment,Group B was treated with PRP on this basis,and group C was treated with Zenggu Decoction+PRP on this basis.Regular follow-up was conducted through outpatient service,telephone and video,etc.,and the total length of hospital stay,fracture healing,hip joint function score and excellent and good rate at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after surgery were objectively recorded in the three groups.Results1.There was no statistical difference in the baseline data of age,gender,affected side,fracture type,total length of hospital stay and follow-up time among the three groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Radiography of hip joint was reexamined 6 months after operation,and no fracture nonunion occurred in group C.There were5 patients with nonunion in both group A and group B,and the fracture union rate was 82.75%and 84.37%,respectively.The results of statistical analysis showed that the fracture healing rate of group C was higher than that of group A and B,and compared with that of group A and B,the results were statistically significant(Pb=0.037<0.05,Pc=0.028<0.05).The relative ratio of fracture healing rate between group A and group B wasχ2=0.0310,P=0.8602,and there was no statistical difference in the test results(Pa>0.05).3.The Harris scores of group A and group B at 3 months,6 months and 1 year after surgery showed no statistical significance(P1>0.05);The postoperative hip function score of group C improved more significantly,and the results were statistically significant(P2<0.05,P3<0.05)when compared with group A and group B at 3months,half A year and one year after surgery.4.One year after surgical treatment,the excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the three groups was obtained by calculating the Harris hip score of patients in the three groups,among which 68.96%in group A,71.87%in group B and 92.85%in group C.The excellent and good rates of hip joint function in group C were compared with group A and group B respectively,and the conclusion was that the excellent and good rates in group C were significantly improved compared with group A and group B,and the test results calculated between them were statistically significant(Z1=2.7573,Pd=0.0059<0.05;Z2=2.1502,Pe=0.0317<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B(Z3=0.6592,Pf=0.5098>0.05).Conclusion1.Compared with Zengu Tang alone or PRP alone,Zengu Tang combined with PRP can promote fracture healing faster and shorten the period of fracture healing after the treatment of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture with cannulated screw internal fixation.2.On the basis of internal fixation,compared with Zenggu Decoction alone or PRP alone in the treatment of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture,Zenggu Decoction combined with PRP can effectively improve the function of postoperative hip joint,improve the excellent rate of hip joint and alleviate the symptoms of patients.3.Zenggu Decoction combined with PRP has achieved a certain clinical effect in the treatment of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture,which is worthy of further exploration and promotion in clinical practice.
