| Since the covid-19 outbreak,the application of big data based on place codes,health codes,travel codes,vaccination codes and so on has been a major escort for epidemic prevention and control.The importance of big data application and development is becoming more and more important.In the 13th five year plan for national population health informatization development,the National Health Commission clearly pointed out that population health informatization and health care big data are important contents of national informatization construction and strategic resources.The guiding opinions on promoting and standardizing the application and development of health care big data issued by the general office of the state Council said that health care big data is an important basic strategic resource of the country.With the deepening of health information construction in China,medical big data management is also facing more and more challenges.At present,while providing medical services to the people,medical institutions at all levels are producing large-scale,complex and valuable medical big data all the time.These data resources have an increasingly significant impact on China’s medical and health undertakings.The existing data integration methods have been stretched and can not meet the management needs of massive medical big data.At the same time,with the increasing data scale and increasingly complex data structure,the computing requirements and power required for the integration and analysis of existing data are becoming higher and higher.How to scientifically integrate,scientifically analyze,fully mine and effectively use these data has become a problem worthy of research and must be studied in the current medical big data management process.Through the review and summary of the research status of medical big data management at home and abroad,it is found that cloud computing technology can effectively break through the bottleneck faced by the current big data management,but most of the relevant research results are still in theoretical research.Up to now,there is no mature practical application.From the perspective of public management,this study selects T city of Jiangsu Province as the prototype,combined with the reality of local health information construction,based on the theory of information resource management,deeply discusses the problems existing in the management and application of medical big data,and puts forward targeted suggestions,which provides a reference for the management and application of medical big data for public management departments to a certain extent.Firstly,this paper comprehensively combs the research related to medical big data at home and abroad through literature analysis.Secondly,based on the literature analysis,the questionnaire and interview outline of the current situation and existing problems of health informatization and medical data interconnection of medical institutions are designed.Thirdly,through field research,combine the questionnaire survey results and interview results with the survey reality,and more comprehensively and systematically grasp the current situation of medical and health information construction in T city and some problems existing in medical big data management.Through the above,it is found that the problems existing in T city’s medical big data management mainly include difficult data interconnection,insufficient data mining and analysis,hidden dangers of data security,shortage of health informatization talents,etc.The specific causes of these problems mainly include inconsistent data standards,insufficient processing and computing ability,insufficient data security protection ability,lack of health information talent training system and so on.Finally,through the integration of existing data,combined with the development status of medical and health informatization,this paper puts forward improvement countermeasures and suggestions,such as unifying data standards,adopting cloud computing,strengthening the construction of medical data security,vigorously cultivating health informatization talents and so on.It is hoped that this study can provide some useful reference for medical big data management in other regions... |
