| Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, malondialdehyde and insulin dosage in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Choose June 2018 to October 2019 in in northern hebei institute of the first affiliated hospital endocrine division hospital, insulin is used in combination with metformin(metformin dosage is 2.0 g,insulin is: before a meal is a short-acting insulin or short-acting insulin analogue, before sleeping to long-acting insulin to control blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes,a total of 106 patients into groups, eliminate this there is interference test of 11 patients, will conform to the standard of 95 patients with type 2 diabetes as the experimental group of this study, and used according to the insulin dose group can be divided into three subgroups: low dose group(insulin dosage is less than 30 units every day),middle dose group(insulin dosage of 30 to 60 units every day),high dose group(insulin dosage is more than 60 units every day),At the same time,33 patients with type 2 diabetes who took metformin alone to control their blood glucose were selected as the control group(metformin dosage is 2.0 g),measured in individual subgroups in the experimental group and control group SOD,GSH-PX,MDA,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,FPG,Hb Alc and C-P index level,Age,sex, disease course, body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and other general conditions were recorded. Results: 1 Comparison of general clinical data Comparison of general conditions of the enrolled subjects: age, gender, disease course, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,TG,TC, LDL-C,HDL-C,FPG,Hb A1 c,C-P and other factors showed no statistical difference in the comparison among the four groups.BMI: the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference between the three subgroups in the experimental group.2 Comparison of oxidative stress indexes SOD and GSH-PX: high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group in the control group, high dose group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05),middle dose group, low dose group is slightly lower than the control group,no statistical difference(P > 0.05),high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, high dose group was lower than that in group a low dose and dose group, the difference was statistically difference(P < 0.05),middle dose group, low dose group,no statistical difference(P > 0.05);MDA: high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group in the control group, high dose group than the control group, there was statistically significant(P < 0.05),middle dose group, low dose group was slightly higher than that of control group,no statistical difference(P > 0.05),high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, high dose group was higher than low dose and the dose groups, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),middle dose group, low dose group,no statistical difference(P > 0.05).3.Spearman grade correlation analysis of SOD,GSH-PX,MDA and insulin dose Insulin dose was not correlated with BMI(r=-0.001,P>0.05),negatively correlated with SOD(r=-0.434,P<0.05)and GSH-PX(r=-0.324,P<0.05),and positively correlated with MDA(r=0.278,P<0.05).Multiple Linear Regression 4.Multiple Linear Regression Multiple regression analysis was performed on SOD,GSH-PX,MDA and the course of disease, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,age,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,FPG,Hb A1 c and c-p of type 2 diabetes. The linear regression results suggested that the indexes that significantly affected SOD and GSH-PX were insulin dose and BMI,The indexes that significantly affected MDA were insulin dose. Conclusion: 1.In this study, there was a correlation between insulin use dose and oxidative stress indexes GSH-PX,SOD and MDA in type 2 diabetic patients, which was negatively correlated with GSH-PX and SOD and positively correlated with MDA.When insulin use dose was large(especially more than 60 units every day),the oxidative stress effect of the body was relatively strong.2.In this study, the BMI of patients with type 2 diabetes in the metformin combined with insulin treatment group(the experimental group)was significantly higher than that of the metformin alone group(the control group).Insulin treatment of type 2 diabetes can cause an increase in BMI.But there was no correlation between insulin dose and BMI. |
