With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people begin to pay attention to outpatient services in public stomatological hospitals.Outpatient service is the main operation mode and window of public stomatological hospital.How to change the traditional management concept and make use of the mode of project management to improve patients’ medical experience and feelings while improving the competitiveness of public stomatological hospitals is a problem worth studying.Taking the cross-department outpatient treatment in provincial public stomatological hospital(" Stomatological hospital " for short)as an example,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and expert interview to investigate the current situation of cross-department outpatient treatment of patients in the hospital with the aim of raising,analyzing and solving problems.On this basis,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of cross-department outpatient treatment in this hospital,and fish bone diagram is used to analyze the root cause of its disadvantages,namely,problems in patient flow,medical flow,logistics support flow and management flow.Aiming at these problems,the disadvantages of the hospital were solved by designing five process groups of project management,namely,starting,planning,implementation,monitoring and summary evaluation.Taking a typical oral denture repair project as an example,the project management model is applied and compared with that before the design of this model.Finally,the paper describes the possible threats and challenges after the implementation of project management mode,and puts forward solutions.Through the study of this paper,it can be concluded that the project-based management mode of Y Stomatological Hospital can not only improve patients’ medical treatment experience and feelings,but also improve the competitiveness of the hospital in the industry,and also provide reference for other hospitals that need cross-department treatment. |
