Research On The Quality Evaluation Index System Of Medical Big Data

[Objective] The new medical industry,represented by medical big data,promotes the sustainable development of the medical industry,which can not only increase the supply of medical resources in China and meet the requirements of the public for the diversification of medical services,but also improve the efficiency of medical services and the quality of medical services in China.Medical big data has become an important strategic resource of our country,the continuous development of this industry will also bring new opportunities to our traditional medical model,but also promote the development of other related industries to promote China’s economic growth.This study builds a scientific,objective,fair and operational system of medical big data quality evaluation by combing domestic and foreign documents,combining with the relevant documents policy issued by the state,combined with the actual situation of our country,and using a variety of research methods.[Methods] This study uses literature research,expert consultation and hierarchical analysis.By consulting the literature and related policy documents,we can provide theoretical support for the thesis,set up the basic framework of the quality evaluation system of medical big data,and select the indicators.Then,the expert consultation method is used to evaluate and screen the preliminary election indicators,improve the system framework,form a more complete evaluation system,and finally combine the hierarchical analysis method to calculate the weight of the norms.[Results] Based on the "RQ-PQ-EQ" model,which is "original quality-process quality-result quality",the quality evaluation index system of medical big data is constructed from three dimensions: raw quality-process quality-result quality.The indicator system consists of 3 primary indicators,16 secondary indicators and 53 tertiary indicators.And through the hierarchical analysis method to give weight.Finally,based on the index system,the questionnaire is designed and the relevant institutions are surveyed,and the reliability and validity of the indicator system are tested by the relevant test methods of statistics.It is found that the quality problem of medical big data in the process of data collection and processing in China is more serious.[Conclusions] This study applies Delphi’s method of expert analysis to the index system,multi-directional evaluation of medical big data in medical institutions at all levels,compared with the traditional data data management and evaluation indicators are more applicable and practical significance,after the analysis of experts and questionnaire data found that the evaluation results of this study are consistent,it shows that the evaluation index system built by the Institute has scientific and reasonable.
