| Tobacco is an important economic crop,and it occupies an important position in China’s national economy.China is a large producer of flue-cured tobacco,and timely and efficient harvesting operations can greatly increase flue-cured tobacco production and profits.At present,foreign tobacco harvesters have a complete range of varieties,a high degree of automation,and a good picking effect.The development of domestic tobacco harvesting machines is in its infancy.Imported and imitated foreign models are not suitable for domestic tobacco varieties,resulting in poor picking effects.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct research on picking institutions.According to the physical and mechanical characteristics of domestic tobacco in the maturity period,this project designed a picking mechanism,theoretically analyzed the influence of the working parameters of the picking mechanism on the tobacco leaf harvesting effect,and built a picking mechanism test platform.Through the experiment,the best working parameters of the picking mechanism were obtained..The specific research content is as follows:The working principle of the picking mechanism is introduced,and the structural parameters of each part of the picking mechanism are determined according to the domestic tobacco plant planting mode and the physical and mechanical properties of mature tobacco leaves.Firstly,the three working parameters of the picking mechanism are analyzed: the speed of the picking knife,the walking speed of the picking mechanism(feeding speed),and the way the axis of the picking knife and the ground angle(the angle of the picking knife)affect the tobacco leaf harvesting effect.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of the picking mechanism.On this basis,an all-electrically driven test platform for the picking mechanism was built,which mainly includes a picking device and a feeding device.Among them,the picking device can adjust the speed of the picking knife and the angle of the picking knife,and the feeding device can adjust the forward speed of the tobacco plant.The test bench can simulate the field operation form of the tobacco harvester’s picking mechanism,and the effect of the working parameters of the picking mechanism on the tobacco harvesting efficiency can be studied and determined through the experiment.Finally,using the test platform of the picking mechanism,through orthogonal experiments on the various parameters in the picking mechanism that affect the harvesting effect,it was found that the parameters including the guide vane and the straw helper on the tobacco leaf picking effect law,and finally got the work of the picking mechanism The best combination of parameters: the feeding speed was 0.9m/s,the picking knife speed was175r/min,and the picking knife angle was 8°.The optimal hardness value of the picking knife is determined to be 56.1HA.According to the test results,the specific structure plan and specific parameters of the picking organization are given. |
