Tea garden picking is a long history of tea garden management operations,China is the birthplace of tea is the largest tea producing countries,high-quality tea picking work is an important step to improve tea production.In order to solve the existing problems such as teawork time,because of the special planting and other problems of tea plantation,it is difficult to pick up tea machinery such as tea garden,alleviate the problem of rural labor shortage and protect the economic benefits of tea farmers.In this paper,a large number of domestic and foreign literature,Based on the model,combined with the Anhui province of Lu’an,Yuexi and other low hilly areas of soil environment,tea planting,management and other characteristics and related agronomic requirements,designed and developed a slope to meet the tea picking,field U-turn simple,save a lot The work of the crawler self-propelled picking machine.The specific research contents are as follows:In this paper,based on the cultivation,management,topography,soil characteristics and related agronomic requirements of the tea garden in the hilly area,the design scheme of the whole machine was determined on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literatures and many times to study the environment of the tea garden.The specific scheme includes the theoretical calculation of the power consumption of the picking machine and the matching of the appropriate engine,the whole machine transmission system,the rationality calculation of the track chassis parameters,the design of other key working parts,and finally the theoretical design of the whole machine.In this paper,three-dimensional solid modeling of CATIA based on CATIA is carried out.Aiming at the key working parts of the tea making machine,the design scheme and design basis are given on the basis of combining a large number of related literature,predecessors’ research and national relevant design standards.Secondly,the kinematics analysis of the designed tea machine is carried out,and the important parameters such as the moving equation of the cutting machine,,Then the vibration analysis of the picking machine and the steady-state response of the cutter,a series of damping measures are carried out for the problem of the large inertial force of the reciprocating cutter,which effectively ensures the picking of the picking machine in the working process Effect,extending the life of the cutter.In order to study the cutting performance of the reciprocating cutter of the key working parts of the tea picking machine,the cutting performance of the cutter was simulated by MATLAB software.The cutting principle of the cutter was introduced,and the cutting section produced by the cutter,The area of the cutout area and the cutting rate and the blank rate are calculated theoretically.The cutting pattern under different cutting parameters is obtained by means of MATLAB software and analyzed.In order to study the effect of cutter movement and structural parameters on the cutting rate and blank rate,a four-factor four-level orthogonal experiment was established,and the experimental results were analyzed to find out the main factors affecting the cutting rate and blank rate order.In order to obtain a better picking effect,verify the reliability of the design model,the project group contacted the Anhui Xuancheng Huayang Tea Machinery Co.,Ltd.to participate in crawler self-propelled picking machine prototype trial work,prototype trial is completed,according to the national Standard "GB / T 3871.2-2006 agricultural tractor test procedures Part 2",GB / T5262-2008 "agricultural machinery test conditions of the general provisions of the standard" and other standards were field trials in the tea garden spacing,with a gradient of tea Through the performance is good,significantly improve the production efficiency,the test measured tea machine leakage rate of less than 3%,fresh leaves under the integrity of more than 85%,can be made tea rate more than 90%,are much higher than the relevant industry level And then the three-factor three-level orthogonal test was established to analyze the influence of various factors on the integrity and power consumption of buds,and the optimal working parameters were considered.
