In recent years,my country’s agriculture has developed rapidly,and the level of agricultural mechanization has been continuously improved.Potato harvesting machinery has played an important role in promoting the development of the potato industry,which can effectively improve harvesting efficiency and reduce human and material resource consumption.At present,my country mainly adopts the harvest method of first killing the seedlings and then digging.However,with the continuous expansion of the potato industry,the problems of long operation cycle and low harvest efficiency are gradually highlighted.At the same time,the existing potato harvesting machinery also has the problems of parameter mismatch and poor separation effect of seedling killing and potato soil.In order to deal with the above problems,this paper designs and researches the key components of the potato combine harvester that integrates killing and harvesting,analyzes the working principle of the whole machine,and carries out the type selection design,theoretical research and simulation analysis of the seedling killing device and the potato-soil separation device.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Experiments on physical and mechanical properties of potatoes were carried out.Triaxial size range interval,average density,average Poisson’s ratio,average elastic modulus and average shear modulus of potato were measured by experiments,which provided theoretical basis for the following research.(2)Analyze the working principle,transmission scheme and technical parameters of the potato combine harvester.Design and determine the number and arrangement of knives of the seedling-killing device,the conveying and separation mode and vibration mode of the potato-soil separation device,finally,the power of the whole machine is calculated to lay the foundation for subsequent design and research.(3)Finite element analysis and optimized design of key components.Analyze the deformation and force under the working state of the knife,and optimize the design of its structure through the response surface method and multi-objective genetic algorithm,after optimization,the overall performance is significantly improved.At the same time,in order to avoid resonance,the modal analysis of the tool shaft is carried out,and the first eight-order natural frequency and the working frequency of the tool shaft are compared and studied.(4)Analysis and research on the seedling killing device.Theoretical analysis of the motion law and balance state of the seedling killing device,verifying the rationality of the structure through kinematics simulation,and then establishing a rigid-flexible coupling simulation of the seedling killing process,and studying the effects of various parameters on the seedling killing through single-factor tests and three-factor three-level orthogonal tests,and finally determined that the best working parameters of the seedling killing device are the rotating speed of the cutter shaft 1300r/min,the forward speed of 0.9m/s,and the height of the throwing knife from the ground 10 cm.(5)Analysis and research of potato-soil separation device.Theoretical analysis of the movement state of the lifting chain,the critical conditions of potato vibration lifting and the throwing process,to determine the factors affecting the conveying separation;at the same time,a discrete element simulation of the soil-potato-potato-soil separation device was established to study the effect of the potato-soil separation device on the soil removal efficiency and the stress on potatoes,and finally the optimal working parameter of the potato-soil separation device was determined as the lift chain inclination angle of 25°,the linear speed of the lift chain is 1.5m/s,and the forward speed is 0.9m/s.
