Analysis Of Strawberry Aroma Substances In Different Facilities And Selection Of Quality Improvement Measures

This article uses‘Akihime’,‘Sweet Charlie’,‘Xiangye’,‘Ssanta’,‘Benihoppe’and‘Yanli’strawberry varieties as test materials.The differences in aroma components of different strawberry varieties were analyzed.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the characteristics,breeding and flavor evaluation of strawberry fruit aroma substances and the selection of high-quality strawberry varieties.By comparing the aroma substances of 6 strawberry varieties,it is found that the aroma species of the‘Xiangye’varieties are relatively rich,esters and alcohols account for a relatively large amount,and contain less acidic substances.Therefore,the‘Xiangye’varieties are selected for quality improvement.Five kinds of foliar fertilizers were sprayed on‘Xiangye’in a greenhouse,and the effects of five kinds of foliar fertilizers on‘Xiangye’strawberry physiological characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,quality characteristics and yield were studied.Analyze and find out the best concentration of different foliar fertilizers and the best foliar fertilizer in foliar fertilizer,aiming to provide theoretical basis and guidance for foliar fertilizer in‘Xiangye’strawberry production.The test results are as follows:1.Through the determination of the aroma components of‘Akihime’,‘Sweet Charlie’,‘Xiangye’,‘Ssanta’,‘Benihoppe’and‘Yanli’strawberry varieties,a total of 127 kinds of aroma substances and 7 types of aroma substances were detected in 6 kinds of strawberries,among them,the‘Sweet Charlie’,‘Xiangye’and‘Ssanta’varieties have the most abundant types of aroma substances.The types and relative contents of the aroma components of the 6 strawberry varieties are the esters,which account for more than 50%of the total relative content,followed by alcohols.2.By analyzing the aroma components of 6 strawberry varieties,it was found that methyl caproate,ethyl caproate,hexyl acetate,2-hexene-1-ol（E）-,1-hexanol,nerol 2.Agarol,2-hexenal and hexanoic acid play an important role in the aroma evaporation of 6 strawberry varieties.Among them,octyl butyrate is‘Akihime’’s unique aroma component;5-hexenoic acid is‘Sweet Charlie’’s unique aroma substance.3.Through principal component analysis of aroma components of 6 strawberry varieties.The results showed that the aromas of‘Benihoppe’and‘Ssanta’had a greater correlation and similar fragrance;the aromas of‘Yanli’and‘Xiangye’varieties had a greater correlation and similar fragrance;‘Akihime’had the least correlation with‘Sweet Charlie’and the farthest difference in fragrance.The characteristic aroma substances of 6 strawberry varieties are 15 types,which are 2-hexene butyrate,2-hexene hexanoate,methyl hexanoate,ethyl hexanoate,hexyl hexanoate,hexyl acetate,butyl Hexyl acid ester,hexyl propionate,2-hexene-1-ol（E）-,1-hexanol,nerol 2,3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadiene-3-Alcohol,5-butyldihydro-2（3H）-furanone,2-hexenal and hexanoic acid.4.Spray different concentrations of humic acid foliar fertilizer,alginic acid foliar fertilizer,fulvic acid foliar fertilizer,amino acid foliar fertilizer and trace element foliar fertilizer on‘Xiangye’strawberry plants.Compare the growth status,fruit quality and yield of‘Xiangye’strawberry plants.The results show that foliar fertilizer can promote the growth rate of‘Xiangye’strawberry leaf length,leaf width and plant height to different degrees,enhance the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of strawberry leaves,and reduce the intercellular CO₂ concentration of leaves,increase the content of soluble solids,vitamin C and soluble sugar in the fruit,reduce the content of titratable acid,and also increase the fruit size,single fruit weight and yield of‘Xiangye’strawberry.5.The membership function was used to analyze the comprehensive indexes of five kinds of foliar fertilizer treated strawberry with different concentrations.The results show that the optimal concentration of humic acid foliar fertilizer is FZ1500,the optimal concentration of alginic acid foliar fertilizer is HZ1500,the optimal concentration of fulvic acid foliar fertilizer is HF4000,and the optimal concentration of amino acid foliar fertilizer is AJ1500,the optimal concentration of trace element foliar fertilizer is WL1500.Combine the best concentration of 5 kinds of foliar fertilizer,once again,the membership function of strawberry comprehensive index is analyzed to select the best foliar fertilizer and the best concentration,the result is that alginic acid foliar fertilizer and HZ1500 are the best foliar fertilizer and the best concentration,followed by trace element foliar fertilizer（WL1500）.
