By using sphagnum, vermiculite, pearlite(the volume prorate was 2:1:1) as the substrate culture, this experiment studied the effects of different application ratio of N, P and K fertilizer on yield and quality of Feng Xiang strawberry by employing the optimium "311-A" compound designation. The Ternary quadratic regression equations were established. The author also anologed he optimium combinations of N, P, K according to different targets by the software on computer. The obtained results were summarized as follows:(1) Appropriate N (220.7mg/l), P (110.35 mg/l) and K (145 mg/l) levels promoted the growth and development of strawberry significantly, enhanced the contents of chlorophyll and photosynthesis in strawberry leaves, raised its yield and quality. Lower quantity of N, P or K delayed the growth and development of strawberry.(2) The strawberry's yield and quality could be increased when the level of N, P and K increase properly. But the yield and quality would decrease if the level of N, P and K were too high or too low.(3) The effects of different combination of N, P, K fertilizer on chlorophyll and total N, P, K in strawberry were significant. Total N, P, K and chlorophyll in strawberry increased along with the increasing of N, P and K level.(4) With the regard to main effect on photosynthesis, the three kinds of fertilizers were showed in the order as N>K>P. To the yield were in the order as P>K>N. To the content Vc and soluble sugar were in the order as K>N>P.(5) To the interactive effects on photosynthesis, the three kinds of fertilizers were showed in the order as NP>PK>NK. To the yield were in the order as NK>NP>PK. To the content Vc were in the order as NK>PK>NP. To the soluble sugar were in the order as NK>NP>PK.(6) Regressive analysis shows that the optimum composition of N, P and K on yield and quality of strawberry was N:P2Os:K2O=1:0.5:0.82, when the nutrient content was N189.5mg/1, P2O593.25mg/l, K2O156.20 mg/1.
