Soil subsoiling operation is a tillage technology to improve the tillage layer and increase crop yield,which has been widely promoted by the country.As the state continues to increase subsidies for deep loosening operations,traditional manual monitoring methods can no longer meet actual needs.Therefore,it is very necessary to realize intelligent monitoring for subsoiling Operation.This paper takes the operation quality and operation area of agricultural machinery subsoiling as the research object,and develops a set of intelligent monitoring system of agricultural machinery subsoiling operation through technologies such as Internet of Things technology and wireless communication technology.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development status of smart agricultural machinery subsoiling and related important technologies,this paper designs and proposes the overall architecture of the intelligent monitoring system for subsoiling operations of agricultural machinery.Aiming at the problems of data transmission stability and security of the existing monitoring terminal,this paper develops a cost-effective and stable vehicle terminal through the anti-interference power supply module,data security transmission,and information exchange module.Aiming at the quality monitoring problem of subsoiling operation of agricultural machinery,this paper proposes a monitoring module and algorithm based on the fusion of multi-node attitude sensor.Aiming at the problem of the area for the subsoiling operation of agricultural machinery,this paper proposes a area algorithm based on the triangulation algorithm.Aiming at the problem of re-cultivation and missed tillage area in subsoiling operation of agricultural machinery,this paper proposes a triangulation algorithm combined with traditional area algorithm to calculate the missed tillage and re-tillage area in the operation process.After experiments,the relative error of the system’s operating plot area is 2.4%,the maximum relative error of the operating depth is 3%,the relative error of the missed tillage area is 3.5%,and the relative error of the repeated tillage area is 5.4%.The intelligent monitoring system for subsoiling of agricultural machinery designed in this paper can accurately calculate the operation depth and operation area during subsoil operations,and has a certain role in promoting the safe and efficient distribution of subsidy funds for subsoil operations. |
