| In this experiment,we investigated the effects of Bu Zhong Yi Qi San and Astragalus polysaccharide on routine blood indicators,serum biochemical indicators,flora in the cecum,mucosal cup cells and raccoon growth performance to explore the reasons why Bu Zhong Yi Qi San and Astragalus polysaccharide promote raccoon growth and development and maintain a healthy intestinal tract.Using one-way ANOVA,50 young raccoons(25 males and 25 females)of similar weight at the age of 3 months were randomly divided into control group(15 % gentamycin premix,3 g/ 1 kg),group B(Astragalus polysaccharide,1 g / 1 kg),group C(0.5 % Bu Zhong Yi Qi San,5 g / 5 kg),group D(1 % Bu Zhong Yi Qi San,10 g / 1 kg)and four experimental groups.).The test results showed that:1.The Astragalus polysaccharide group,0.5 % Bu Zhong Yi Qi San and qi san group and 1 % Bu Zhong Yi Qi San and qi san group had no significant effect on the measured blood routine indexes.2.Astragalus polysaccharide improved raccoon antioxidant capacity and promoted raccoon intestinal immunity enhancement by significantly reducing malondialdehyde.Astragalus polysaccharide decreased lipid metabolism and increased the risk of lipid-related diseases by highly significant elevation of triglycerides(P<0.01)and 0.5 % Bu Zhong Yi Qi San by significantly increasing total cholesterol and triglycerides(P<0.05).3.642,600 valid sequences and 10,921 operational taxonomic units(OTUs)were obtained from raccoon cecum feces,distributed in 20 orders,11 phyla,12 families and 17 genera of 8 phyla(relative abundance>0.1).The Astragalus polysaccharide group and the 1 % Tonicum yiqi san group had a tendency to reduce the population richness on Alpha diversity index.The relative abundance of Bacillus phylum,Dantoxylus order,Dantoxylus family and Bacillus spp.in the Astragalus polysaccharide group was highly significant higher(P<0.01),and the relative abundance of Bacillus spp.in the soil was significantly higher(P<0.05).4.Astragalus polysaccharide,0.5 % Tonic Chinese and 1 % Tonic Chinese are effective in preventing intestinal related diseases by increasing the number of cupular cells in the intestinal mucosa and enhancing the immune function of the mucosal barrier of the raccoon intestine.5.Astragalus polysaccharide and 1 % Bu Zhong Yi Qi San Yiqi san promote the growth performance of raccoon by increasing the average daily weight gain,improving the average daily intake of raccoon.In conclusion,Astragalus polysaccharide and 1 % of Bu Zhong Yi Qi San can improve the growth performance of raccoon,improve the relative abundance of raccoon cecum microorganisms,and maintain the health of raccoon intestine.Meanwhile,astragalus polysaccharide can improve the antioxidant capacity of raccoon and reduce the level of stress damage.Therefore,to further address the issue of how to protect the intestinal mucosal barrier of furbearing animals and provide theoretical guidance to farmers. |
