| This study was conducted in Shigezhuang Village,Liangshan Township,Changli County,Jidong Plain and Jiazhuang Village,Anshan Town from 2020 to 2021.The experimental design of the two experimental bases is the same.The varieties are Jinnong 7 and Zhongmai 998.On the premise of nitrogen content of 210 kg·hm-2,four nitrogen fertilizer topdressing ratios were designed(CK:50%base fertilizer+50%joint fertilizer;N1:30%base fertilizer+20%riser fertilizer+50%joint fertilizer;N2:base fertilizer 50%+jointing fertilizer 30%+booting fertilizer 20%;N3:base fertilizer 30%+jointing fertilizer 50%+booting fertilizer 20%),to study the effect of nitrogen topdressing ratio on nitrogen accumulation,transport and grain protein component content in strong gluten wheat plants.The impact and its physiological basis,explore the suitable nitrogen fertilizer topdressing mode for strong gluten wheat in the eastern Jidong plain area,and provide certain technical support and theoretical basis for the production of strong gluten wheat.The main test results were as follows:Compared with CK,N2 treatment in both experimental bases promoted the pre-flowering dry matter transport and post-flowering dry matter accumulation of strong gluten wheat,and significantly increased nitrogen accumulation and pre-flowering nitrogen transport during flowering.In terms of the nitrogen contribution rate of pre-flowering nitrogen to grains,the performance of the two experimental bases is slightly different.Among them,Shigezhuang Dianjinnong No.7has the highest CK,followed by N2,Zhongmai 998 has the highest N2 treatment;Jiazhuang Dian 2 variety All were treated with N2 at the highest level.Compared with CK,N2 and N3 treatments in the two experimental bases significantly increased the grain protein content and gluten content of 2-strong gluten wheat.N2 treatment significantly increased the single-grain weight of strong gluten wheat,delayed the duration of rapid grain-filling growth period and the appearance time of the maximum grain-filling rate,and increased the duration of grain-filling to prolong grain-filling.The yield of strong gluten wheat in both experimental sites was the highest in N2treatment.The NR activity,GS activity and free amino acid content of flag leaves and grains of Shigezhuangdian strong gluten wheat were higher in N2 treatment;the soluble protein content of Jinnong 7 was the best in N3 treatment,and Zhongmai 998was highest in N2 treatment.The accumulation of high molecular weight glutenin macroaggregates and the content of glutenin macroaggregates in the grains of the two strong gluten wheats treated with N2 were the highest.In terms of the stability time of wheat flour,Shigezhuang Dianjinnong No.7 had the longest stability time treated with CK,while Zhongmai 998 had the longest stability time with N2 treatment;the stability time of Jiazhuang Dianjinnong No.Take N2 for the longest treatment.Correlation analysis showed that nitrogen accumulation before flowering significantly affected the protein and component contents of grains,increased GS activity and NR activity,increased gluten and prolamin contents,and affected HMW-GS content,flour stabilization time,and wet gluten content.,to improve the quality of flour.In conclusion,when the nitrogen application rate was 210 kg·hm-2,N2treatment significantly increased the nitrogen accumulation and transport after flowering,increased the free amino acid content and the activities of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthase in flag leaves,and promoted the The accumulation of grain protein and its components makes the flour stable time reach the national standard of strong gluten wheat and improves the quality of strong gluten wheat.Grain and protein yields were significantly positively correlated with nitrogen transport parameters,nitrogen metabolism enzyme activity levels,and flour quality parameters.Based on the flour quality and N2 yield of the 2 experimental bases,nitrogen application was the best nitrogen topdressing ratio suitable for the Jidong Plain. |
