| Agricultural plant protection is vital to people’s livelihood and an important guarantee for China’s food security.With the popularization of electrostatic spray technology,the types of electrostatic spray nozzle are gradually increasing,and the cost of electrostatic spray is gradually reduced,which provides objective conditions for upgrading traditional common spray to electrostatic spray.In the actual spraying process,the problem of low matching degree between fog shape and target leads to poor spraying effect,and the application of fog shape matching has not been connected with the actual working conditions,which seriously restricts the development of plant protection industry.Therefore,proposed to the fog shape matching tree technique,looking for electrostatic spraying fog shape and target optimal matching degree of the canopy shape,apply fog shape is in keeping with the actual working condition is a problem which needs to be settled,so as to provide scientific theoretical guidance for electrostatic copying spray and copying spray application provides the basis of the theory of practice,promote the development of agricultural plant protection and energy saving and efficient.In view of the dwarf and dense planting mode in Southern Xinjiang,the selection of the most suitable key components was selected and an electrostatic copying spray test platform was built.According to the literature and experimental research,the main factors affecting electrostatic spraying are screened,and single-factor experimental research is carried out for the main influencing factors obtained,based on the optimum range of each factor,the orthogonal combination test is designed,and the parameter combination with the best spray effect is obtained through the response surface analysis.For electrostatic copying application in keeping with the actual working condition and ground position in machine layout has certain influence on the mist shape,thus to explore the influence of different ground position of mist shape,capture the fog shape emitted by the electrostatic nozzle,obtain the contour of the fog shape the fog shape contour matching with the actual conditions of the tree,get the best fog shape parameter values,In order to realize the integration of electrostatic copying spray and actual working conditions.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)According to the planting mode of dwarf and dense planting in Southern Xinjiang,select the main equipment and parts,and build an inductive electrostatic spray test platform.(2)Taking droplet adhesion rate and droplet distribution uniformity as evaluation indexes,the optimal parameter combination of electrostatic spray was determined according to single factor test and orthogonal combination test.(3)ENVI Classic software was used to process the fog image,and then the tree contour was compared and analyzed to screen out the best fog shape.The experimental results show that the droplet adhesion rate is 18% and the uniformity is 1.05,which can provide theoretical guidance for the design of electrostatic sprayer. |
