Wheat is an important food crop in our country,and cultivating high-quality and highyielding wheat varieties has always been the breeding goal of breeders.Shannong 44 and Shannong 46 are new wheat varieties bred by our research group and approved by Shandong Province in 2021.They have the advantages of high quality,strong gluten and large grain and high yield respectively.In order to promote the large-scale promotion of new varieties,formulate reasonable supporting cultivation techniques,and speed up the transformation of new varieties with high quality and high yield into agricultural productivity.From 2020 to2021,in the experimental field of Zhaizi Village,Taishan District,Tai’an City,Shandong Province,set up experiments on the interaction of sowing date and sowing rate,the interaction of phosphorus-sulfur fertilizer and irrigation,and the interaction of top-dressing nitrogen fertilizer rate and time to study the interaction between sowing date and sowing rate.Effects of fertilizer and irrigation on yield and quality of Shannong 44 and Shannong 46.The results of the study are as follows:1.Effects of sowing date and rate interaction on yield of Shannong 44 and Shannong 46Set three sowing dates and four sowing rates.The results showed that the sowing date had a very significant effect on the yield of Shannong 44 and Shannong 46,and had a very significant effect on the thousand-grain weight of Shannong 46.The sowing rate had no significant effect on the yield of Shannong 44 and Shannong 46.The interaction of sowing date and sowing rate had a significant impact on the yield of Shannong 44 and Shannong 46.The results showed that under the moderate soil fertility conditions in central Shandong,the optimum sowing date for Shannong 46 was October 8,and the optimum sowing rate was120,000 plants/mu;the optimum sowing date for Shannong 44 was On October 8-October18,the optimum sowing rate was 200,000 plants/mu.2.Effects of sowing date and rate interaction on the quality of Shannong 44The sowing date had a very significant effect on the dry gluten content and wet gluten content of Shannong 44,and had a significant effect on the sedimentation value.The sowing rate had a significant effect on the formation time of Shannong 44,and the interaction of sowing date and sowing rate had a very significant effect on the dry gluten content of Shannong 44,as well as on the wet gluten content and sedimentation value.3.Effects of fertilizer and irrigation on the yield of Shannong 44Set up two interaction experiments with phosphate fertilizer treatments,two sulfur fertilizer treatments,and two watering times treatments,and interaction experiments with two nitrogen top-dressing treatments and two nitrogen top-dressing periods were.The results showed that phosphorus fertilizer,sulfur fertilizer,nitrogen topdressing,and nitrogen topdressing time had significant effects on the yield of Shannong 44,and the interaction of nitrogen topdressing and nitrogen topdressing time had a significant impact on the yield of Shannong 44.The interaction of watering frequency,phosphorus,sulfur fertilizer and watering frequency had no significant effect on the yield of wheat Shannong 44.The results showed that when Shannong 44 was planted under moderate soil fertility conditions in central Shandong,the highest yield was when phosphate fertilizer 210 kg/hm~2 and sulfur fertilizer 90kg/hm~2 were applied.4.Effects of fertilizer and irrigation on the quality of Shannong 44Phosphate fertilizer had a very significant effect on the dry gluten content of Shannong44 and had a significant effect on the sedimentation value.The interaction of phosphorus,sulfur fertilizer and watering frequency had a very significant effect on the dry gluten content of Shannong 44,and there was a significant effect on the wet gluten content.Nitrogen supplementation had significant effects on the stability time,dry gluten content and wet gluten content of Shannong 44.The interaction of nitrogen topping rate and nitrogen topping time had significant effects on the stability time,dry gluten content,wet gluten content and sedimentation value of Shannong 44.The results showed that the quality of Shannong 44 was better when 105 kg/hm~2 of phosphate fertilizer and 67.5 kg/hm~2 of sulfur fertilizer were applied when Shannong 44 was planted under moderate soil fertility conditions in central Shandong.Topdressing 144kg/hm~2 nitrogen fertilizer at jointing stage can improve the quality traits of wheat variety Shannong 44.The effect of flowering irrigation on the quality of Shannong 44 was small.Shannong 44 wheat samples were collected in different areas of Shandong Province for quality identification,and the quality of Shannong 44 in Jinan and Zibo was comprehensively evaluated to be better,which can be initially used as the main promotion areas.
