| Plastic film mulching technology plays an important role in agricultural development in Xinjiang and in increasing farmers’ production and income.However,with the increase in the amount of use and the number of years of use,the "white revolution" brought about by mulching planting has developed towards the problem of "white pollution" caused by residual film on farmland.The existing ordinary mulch film is difficult to recycle after use,and the efficiency is low.By producing and applying mulch film with increased tensile force than ordinary mulch film,the quality of the existing mulch film can be changed,the tensile performance of the mulch film can be improved,and the recyclability of the mulch film can be promoted.Breakthroughs have been made in solving the pollution prevention and control problems of plastic film.This experiment was carried out at the experimental site of the Institute of Soil,Fertilizer and Agricultural Water Conservation,Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Baotouhu Farm,Korla City,Xinjiang from April to November 2021.The cotton variety to be tested was Xinluzhong No.73,and 6different properties of the cotton were set.Vinyl mulch(Jindi 1,Jindi 2,Guangdong Xinglian A1B1,Guangdong Xinglian A1B2,Guangdong Xinglian A2B1,Guangdong Xinglian A2B2)and 1 conventional polyethylene mulching film,using a single-factor randomized experimental design,a total of 7 Each treatment was repeated 3 times.The mechanical properties and recyclability of different plastic films and their effects on soil water and heat,cotton growth and development,and yield and quality were studied,and high-performance plastic films were comprehensively evaluated and optimized based on economic benefit indicators.Based on the above research process,the results are as follows:(1)The tensile load and fracture nominal strain of the high-performance plastic film Jindi 1,Jindi 2 and Guangdong Xinglian A1B1,A1B2,A2B1,and A2B2 before and after film coating are higher than those of the conventional plastic film CK.It still has a high tensile load after 180 d.Compared with the conventional mulch film CK,the longitudinal and transverse tensile loads are increased by13.33%~153.33% and 5.56%~50.00%.The tensile properties of each treatment have a positive correlation with the longitudinal tensile load,and the order is T1>T2>Q3>Q4>Q1>Q2>CK.(2)The recovery rate of the plastic film is measured longitudinally when the plastic film is recovered,and the analysis shows that there is a positive correlation between the longitudinal tensile properties and the recovery rate of the plastic film.Among them,Jindi No.1 plastic film has the highest recovery rate,with an average of 87.78%,which is 3.63% higher than that of conventional plastic film CK;the average recovery rate of Guangdong Xinglian A1B1 and A1B2 plastic film is 85.38%,which is 0.74% higher than that of conventional plastic film CK.The average recovery rate of Guangdong Xinglian A2B1 and A2B2 plastic film is 86.28%,which is 1.77% higher than that of conventional plastic film CK.It shows that the increase of longitudinal tensile properties is beneficial to promote the implementation of the recovery operation of the plastic film and improve the recovery efficiency of the plastic film.(3)The warming performance of plastic film has a great influence on the early growth of cotton.At 0~10cm,the warming effect of high-performance plastic film Jindi 1,Jindi 2 and Guangdong Xinglian A1B1,A1B2,A2B1,A2B2 in each growth period of cotton was always better than that of conventional plastic film CK.The average soil temperature at the bud stage was 0.2-1.2 ℃ and 0.6-2.2 ℃ higher than that of the conventional plastic film CK.The daily change of cotton soil temperature reached the maximum value at 16:00,and the cotton seedling stage under high-performance plastic film mulching was 0.1-1.4 ℃ higher than that of conventional plastic film CK;the cotton bud stage was 0.4-2.1 ℃ higher than that of conventional plastic film CK.At 10-20 cm,the average soil temperature at cotton seedling and bud stage was 0.2-1.2 ℃ and 0.2-1.4 ℃ higher than that of conventional plastic film CK.The daily variation of cotton soil temperature reached the minimum value at 10:00,and the cotton seedling stage under high-performance plastic film mulching was 0.2-1.0 ℃ higher than that of conventional plastic film CK;the cotton bud stage was 0.4-1.2 ℃ higher than that of conventional plastic film CK.It shows that the high-performance mulching film helps to meet the temperature conditions of cotton in the early stage,and improves the maximum and minimum temperature of soil diurnal variation.(4)At 0~20 cm,the soil water content of high-performance plastic film Jindi1,Jindi2 and Guangdong Xinglian A1B1,A1B2,A2B1,A2B2 was 0.54%~1.54% higher than that of conventional plastic film CK during the three irrigation periods,0.86%~1.83%,0.54%~1.08%,the water retention performance is good,and it has obvious heat preservation and moisture retention effect.Compared with the soil layer of 0-20 cm,the decreasing range of soil water content at 20-40 cm in each treatment during the irrigation period decreased by 18.69 %,2.79 % and 1.09 %,respectively,and the decreasing range was lower than that of0-20 cm.The order of soil water content after irrigation in each treatment was T1> T2> Q3> Q4> Q1> Q2>CK,indicating that the increase of plastic film performance can improve the moisture retention effect of plastic film and restrain the decline of soil water content.(5)The plant height,effective plant number,boll number per plant and cotton seed cotton yield of cotton covered by high-performance plastic film Jindi 1,Jindi 2 and Guangdong Xinglian A1B1,A1B2,A2B1,A2B2 all showed a significant increase Condition.Compared with the conventional CK treatment,the seed cotton yield of Jindi No.1 and No.2 treatments increased significantly by 274.14 kg/hm2 and 257.54kg/hm2,and the seed cotton yield increased by 4.31% and 4.05%,respectively;Guangdong Xinglian A1B1,A1B2,A2B1,and A2B2 treatments,the average yield of seed cotton was 6531.74 kg/hm2,which was 2.67 % higher than that of CK treatments.The seed cotton yield of each treatment cotton was in the order of T1>T2>Q3>Q4>Q1>Q2>CK.(6)High-performance mulching film Jindi 1,Jindi 2 and Guangdong Xinglian A1B1,A1B2,A2B1,A2B2 played a better role in thermal insulation and moisture retention during the mulching process,which promoted the growth and yield of cotton.By comparing the economic benefits of mulching films with different properties,it can be seen that the economic benefits of Jindi No.1,Jindi No.2 and Guangdong Starlink A1B1,A1B2,A2B1,and A2B2 are improved to a certain extent compared with CK,and the income increase rate is 3.52% ~ 8.08%.Among them,Jindi No.1 and No.2 plastic films have outstanding performance in terms of agronomic adaptability and recyclability,and have good comprehensive benefits. |
