In order to explore the effects of different additives on the quality of Mixed Silage of M.elatinoides and different auxiliary materials,in this study,the grass was cut on June 15,2019 and mixed with corn flour,wheat bran and soybean meal,respectively.Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus brucelli,Lactobacillus plantarum + Lactobacillus brucelli,cellulase and xylanase were added respectively After 30 days of silage,samples were taken and analyzed.The results show that:(1)Adding Lactobacillus brucelli,Lactobacillus plantarum + Lactobacillus brucelli,cellulase,compound cellulase,potassium dicarboxylate,sodium diacetate,calcium propionate and glucose could significantly reduce the p H value of the Mixed Silage of M。elatinoides,rice straw and corn flour,and significantly increase the content of soluble carbon hydrate(P < 0.05),and improve the relative feeding value.The content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber was significantly decreased in the cellulase group(P<0.05).The lactic acid content(P<0.05)and V-Score score were significantly increased in the compound cellulase group.According to the comprehensive evaluation of fermentation index and nutrition index of Mixed Silage,the effect of Mixed Silage of M.elatinoides,rice straw and corn flour with Lactobacillus Brucella or cellulase was better.(2)Adding Lactobacillus Brucella,Lactobacillus plantarum + Lactobacillus brucelli,xylanase,potassium dicarboxylate,sodium diacetate,calcium propionate and glucose could significantly reduce the p H value of the Mixed Silage of M.elatinoides,rice straw and wheat bran(P<0.05).The addition of cellulase and xylanase significantly decreased neutral and acid detergent fiber,significantly increased soluble carbohydrate content(P<0.05),and increased the relative feed value.Adding sodium diacetate significantly improved the crude protein(P<0.05)and V-Score scores.According to the comprehensive evaluation of fermentation index and nutrition index of Mixed Silage,the effect of Mixed Silage was better when adding Lactobacillus brucelli or sodium diacetate,rice straw and wheat bran.(3)Adding Lactobacillus Brucella,Lactobacillus plantarum + Lactobacillus brucelli,potassium dicarboxylate,xylanase,compound cellulase,sodium diacetate,calcium propionate and glucose could significantly reduce the p H value of the Mixed Silage of M.elatinoides,rice straw and soybean meal(P<0.05).Adding xylanase and compound cellulase could significantly reduce neutral and acid detergent fiber,and significantly(P<0.05),increase the content of soluble carbohydrate and improve the relative feeding value.According to the comprehensive evaluation of fermentation index and nutrition index of Mixed Silage,the effect of Mixed Silage of P.aeruginosa,rice straw and soybean meal with Lactobacillus brucelli or cellulase was better. |
