| China is rich in rice straw resources,but the feed utilization rate of rice straw resources is low.In order to solve the current situation of low nutritional value of rice straw,this study took fresh rice straw after threshing in Taojiang area as the main raw material,and compared it with wheat bran at a 9:1 mass ratio,adding L.plantarums,B.subtilis,B.lincheniformis,B.subtilis + B.lincheniformis,L.plantarums + B.subtilis,L.plantarums + B.lincheniformis,L.plantarums + B.subtilis +B.lincheniformis,cellulase,L.plantarums + cellulase and different concentrations of urea,With the same amount of water as control,there were 18 treatment groups with 10 replicates in each treatment.45d(or 60d)after the completion of the silage at dark room temperature,samples were opened to analyze the fermentation quality,chemical composition and aerobic stability,explore the effects of different silage additives on the mixed silage quality of fresh rice straw and wheat bran were investigated.The results were as follows:(1)The addition of L.plantarums increased lactic acid content to 16.11% FW(P<0.05),effectively improved the silage fermentation quality,but the aerobic stability was poor;The mixed addition of B.subtilis and B.lincheniformis significantly(P<0.05)increased the content of acetic acid,and improved the aerobic stability of silage,but the fermentation quality and fiber quality were poor.After the combination of L.plantarumss and B.lincheniformis,NDF and ADF content were significantly reduced(P<0.05),at 43.87% DM and 24.55% DM,and increased the relative feed value of silage.(2)Adding cellulase alone significantly increased the soluble carbohydrate content(P<0.05),significantly decreased the p H value(P<0.05),and appropriately improved the fermentation quality and nutritional quality of silage.After the combination of cellulase and L.plantarums,the silage quality was improved more obviously,significantly(P<0.05)decreased the contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber,which were 42.12%DM and 24.11%DM,respectively.The relative feed value was increased to 154.96,which reached the standard of super-grade forage.It was a good additive combination for feeding herbivorous livestock.(3)Adding urea can significantly increase the p H and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio(P<0.05),reduce silage quality,urea addition of more than 6 g/kg,silage failed.Adding 2 g/kg and 4 g/kg urea can significantly increase the crude protein content of silage feed,L.plantarums and 2 g/kg or 4 g/kg urea compounding can effectively reduce protein loss and improve fermentation quality.Adding urea enhances silage aerobic stability.(4)comprehensive p H,lab ratings,protein content,relative feed value and aerobic stability of five indicators,RSR sorting and evaluation on the group of 18 processing,eventually selected L.plantarums,cellulase and L.plantarums +cellulase is suitable for mixed silage of rice straw and wheat bran,the silage fermentation quality and nutritional quality has improved significantly. |
