In order to evaluate the yield and quality of 63 black sesame germplasm resources in Jiangxi Province,the genetic relationship between species was clarified.This study investigated 17 phenotypic traits and 14 quality traits of 63 black sesame germplasm resources in Jiangxi Province,and used polymorphic SRAP primers to amplify their genomic DNA to calculate the genetic similarity coefficients among various qualitative resources,To provide a theoretical basis for the utilization and innovation of black sesame germplasm resources.The main findings are as follows:(1)Among phenotypic traits,the largest coefficient of variation is the length of the hollow tip,32.51%,and the smallest coefficient of variation is the grain width,4.57%;the top five agronomic traits with the greatest correlation with the yield per plant are: Capsule per plant Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative characteristic value of the five principal components was 12.432,and the cumulative contribution rate was73.128%.The six traits that have the greatest impact on the phenotype of sesame It is:number of capsules per plant,length of capsules,plant type,leaf shape,shaft length and grain width.The cluster analysis based on the yield per plant can cluster 63 accessions into4 groups at the Euclidean distance of 6.0,among which group IV is a high-yielding group,including 5 accessions of 7,21,22,23,and 24,The yield per plant is above 15 g.(2)Sesamin content has the largest coefficient of variation in quality traits,18.33%,and the smallest coefficient of variation is palmitic acid content,6.11%;sesamin content has a very significant positive correlation with stearic acid,oleic acid,and crude fat content.,And the content of palmitic acid,palmitoleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid,arachidonic acid,and behenic acid is extremely significantly negatively correlated;principal component analysis shows that oleic acid factor,sesamin factor,sesamolin factor,The cumulative characteristic value of the four main components of palmitic acid factor is14.202,and the cumulative contribution rate reaches 91.028%,which can more comprehensively reflect the quality traits of sesame.According to the constructed comprehensive evaluation model for sesame quality,the quality of 63 black sesame germplasms was evaluated.Comprehensive evaluation,the top 5 black sesame germplasms with better comprehensive quality are 1,6,18,22,49,respectively;cluster analysis based on quality traits can be used for 63 black sesame seeds at the Euclidean distance of 7.50 The quality clusters are classified into three quality groups: high,medium,and low,among which the black sesame germplasm quality of group III is better;(3)From 121 pairs of SRAP primers,16 pairs of primers with good amplification effect and clear bands were screened.The 16 pairs of primers amplified 128 bands in 63 black sesame germplasm,including 124 polymorphic bands.,The polymorphism rate was96.7%;the observed allele number(Na)of 63 black sesame germplasm resources was1.4286~2.0000,with an average of 1.9107.The effective allele number(Ne)is1.2735~1.8077,with an average of 1.6289.The Nei,s gene diversity index(H)was0.2227~0.4444,with an average of 0.3559.I was 0.2306~0.6330,with an average of0.5215;the genetic similarity coefficients of 63 black sesame germplasms were0.4063~0.9453,with an average of 0.6670,indicating that the genetic diversity of these 63 black sesame germplasms was relatively high;The genetic similarity coefficient was the largest at 0.9453,indicating that the genetic relationship between the two germplasms was the closest.The genetic similarity coefficient of No.3 and No.25 germplasm is the smallest,which is 0.4063,indicating that the two germplasms are the most distantly related;at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.6900,63 black sesame germplasms can be divided into 5 groups,based on the table The clustering results of type traits are similar to the clustering results based on SRAP markers. |
