| Rose(Rosa chinensis)is a woody flower plant in the Rosaceae Rosa genus,which has important ornamental and economic value.Aiming at the problem of low survival rate of cuttings in rose cuttings,this paper considers the influence of variety selection and lignification degree of cuttings on the rooting effect of cuttings,trying to screen fine micro rose varieties that are easy to root,and analyze the changes of endogenous hormone content in semi-ligninized cuttings.And anatomical structure,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the research on the rooting mechanism of rose cuttings.The main research methods and conclusions are as follows:1.using principal component analysis,membership function and cluster analysis to synthesize 7 root morphological indicators of 7 miniature rose varieties evaluation.The results showed that there were significant differences in the rooting ability of the miniature rose varieties.The 7 root morphology indexes of the 7 miniature rose varieties were replaced by 3 independent comprehensive indexes,namely the first principal component,the second principal component and the third principal component.The order of rooting effects of seven miniature rose cuttings from good to bad was:‘Lady’>‘Red Lover’>‘Jue Lian’>‘Nu Hong’>‘Venus’>‘Spring Color’>‘Inspiration’,among them,the‘Lady’miniature rose can use general cutting methods in seedling production to ensure a higher survival rate of cuttings.2.two varieties of miniature rose‘Lady’and‘Venus’were used as test materials to explore the effect of cuttings on the 14th,21d and 28th day of unlignified cuttings,semi-lignified cuttings and lignified cuttings;Simultaneously determine the dynamic changes of the endogenous hormone content of the semi-lignified cuttings of‘Lady’,and observe the anatomical structure of the adventitious root primordium origin of the semi-lignified cuttings of‘Lady’.The results showed that the degree of lignification of cuttings affects the rooting effect of cuttings.The cutting effect of the two mini rose cultivars is as follows:semi-lignified cuttings>unlignified cuttings>lignified cuttings.The‘lady’variety produces adventitious roots on the 7th day.The rooting ability is better than that of‘Venus’;the IAA content of the semi-lignified cuttings of‘Lady’shows a decreasing trend,and the ABA content shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.GA3 and ZR contents both show a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.Changes in the content of source hormones together affect the formation of adventitious roots;through anatomical observations,no latent root primordium was found in rose cuttings,which belongs to the type of induced root primordium.The adventitious root primordium originates from the parenchymal cell in phloem and vascular cambium. |
