| Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua is a perennial herb of Polygonatum in Liliaceae.It is one of the original plants of traditional Chinese medicine Polygonatum.Huangjing,a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in China,has the functions of nourishing qi and Yin,nourishing heart and lung,and benefiting kidney.In this paper,the effects of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and its rhizosphere soil microbial diversity,mineral elements such as Ca and Si on the growth,yield and physiological characteristics of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua were studied,and the factors that are more conducive to the regulation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua growth under the current cultivation conditions were found,providing theoretical basis for the standardized and large-scale cultivation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.The results are as follows:1.There are 7 dominant genera of rhizosphere soil bacteria and Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua:Clostridium,Burkholderia,sphingolipid,pseudolabrys,Rhizobium,bacillus and Streptomyces.2.The mineral elements K,Ca,Fe,Si and Mn in Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua are rich,while the highest elements in rhizosphere soil are Fe and K.The correlation analysis showed that Na-Mg,Mg-K and Na-K were positively correlated(P<0.01),Si-P was positively correlated(P<0.05),P-K and Na mg were positively correlated(P<0.05),Zn-P was negatively correlated(P<0.01)and Mg-Si and Na-Si were negatively correlated(P<0.05)in the rhizosphere soil of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.3.The activity of antioxidant enzymes of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua was enhanced under the light calcium treatment,which could effectively remove the active oxygen in the plant and improve the photosynthesis of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.The medium calcium treatment was beneficial to the growth and yield of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,but the single calcium treatment could not increase the content of Polygonatum Polysaccharide.Under the treatment of heavy silicon fertilizer,the antioxidant enzyme activity,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters and growth yield of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua can be increased,while under the treatment of light to medium silicon fertilizer,the polysaccharide content of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua can be increased.In the treatment of calcium and silicon,the combination of moderate calcium and silicon can improve the activities of antioxidant enzymes,chlorophyll content,photosynthesis,and significantly increase the accumulation of Polygonatum polysaccharide content,while the combination of heavy silicon and light calcium treatment is conducive to the accumulation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua growth and yield. |
