At present,greenhouse cultivation has become a widespread method of cultivation.More and more farmers increase the amount of chemical fertilizer in pursuit of higher benefits,while continuous planting makes the soil fertility decline,aggravating continuous cropping barriers,and long-term rotary tillage forms a hard plough bottom,so it is urgent to break the plough bottom to improve the soil condition.In this paper,the design of the solar greenhouse deep spin machine,which can be combined with the greenhouse king tractor for deep rotary cultivation,the rotary soil depth can be up to 40 cm,and the soil can be mixed evenly.The research results of this paper have solved the problem that the solar greenhouse rotary tiller is not deep enough and the soil cannot be mixed evenly,which has important practical significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Comparing the domestic and foreign land preparation machinery,determine the overall structure of the solar greenhouse deep rotation machine according to the deep rotation requirements of greenhouse.(2)Design and calculate the key parts of the machine.in order to reduce the body weight,determine the design scheme of knife roller;Based on the analysis of the physical properties of the greenhouse soil and the structural characteristics of the commonly used rotary shovel,the structure of the deep rotary shovel was determined.in order to solve the problem of excessive power consumption caused by repeated cutting of soil in reverse rotation operation,a kind of soil throwing structure was designed to improve the ability of soil throwing.The arrangement mode of the deep rotary shovel on the cutter roller is determined,and the number of the deep rotary shovel is increased appropriately to reduce the force of each deep rotary shovel.The mechanical analysis of key parts of deep rotary machine is carried out.Solid Works software was used to analyze the statics of the deep rotary shovel to find out the stress concentrated part and optimize and improve the deep rotary shovel.(4)Trial-produce the prototype of deep rotary machine and conduct performance test and research.The orthogonal rotation combination test was carried out by design-Expert 8.0.6 to optimize the parameters of each factor level.Sunlight greenhouse deep spin machine adopts inverse spiral way to realize agriculture,knife roller with hollow shaft,listric structure is adopted for deep cycle shovel,and adding in the shovel handle on both sides of the block is constraint,adopting uniform configuration in the form of soil deep screw machine through the design of a screw plate promote machine throwing soil ability,through experiments in the speed of 1 m/s,knife roller speed of 417r/min,the grave when a depth of 40 cm soil rate best,can achieve direct seeding condition after operation. |
