| A good cultivation can improve the yield and quality of soybean in China.With the development of the times,the demand for soybean in China is increasing rapidly.It is long way to yield enough soybean seeds relying on ourselves,and the contradiction between supply and demand is increasing;The need of high-quality life has gradually improved in China,and how to improve the quality of soybean has been paid more and more attention.In order to analyze the influencing factors of high yield and quality of soybean in Nenjiang region,the talent soybean variety Heihe 43was selected as the research candidate.On the basis of five planting densities,the changes of agronomic characters under different planting densities were analyzed,the main factors affecting soybean yield and quality were analyzed,and the correlation between different planting densities and environmental conditions was analyzed.Under the premise of soil testing and fertilizer reccomodation,the high-yield and high-quality cultivation technology of soybean were integrated to provide technical basis for improving the yield and quality of the main production regions in Nenjiang region.The results were as follows:(1)Under the five different planting densities of 170000,270000,320000,410000 and 500000plants/hm~2,the plant height increased gradually with the increase of planting density.The plant height was 55.96 cm,64.89 cm,65.80 cm,71.80 cm and 77.02 cm respectively;The yields ranged from 84.56 kg,102.85 kg,122.62 kg,208.58 kg to 172.55 kg.The plant height and yield increased with the increase of planting density.The number of effective pods was 17.27,13.72,13.68,18.28and 13.00 per plant;The number of seeds per plant was 45.77,35.27,35.05,47.40 and 32.56.The number of effective pods and seeds per plant decreased with the increase of planting density.(2)Under the optimized planting density of 410000 plants/ha using GGE-biplot software,the number of effective pods increased 3.1,an increase of 13.02%,compared with no application of bacterial fertilizer;The number of seeds per plant increased 8.65 or 18.05%;The yield per mu increased 34.82 kg or 18.93%;The protein content increased 1.1%;The number of effective pods increased 0.23 or 0.97%when seeds were treated using ultrasound compared or not;The number of seeds per plant increased 0.89 or 1.88%;The yield per mu increased 1.07 kg or 0.58%;The protein content increased 0.3%or 0.88%;The effective pod number,seed number per plant,yield per mu and protein content were increased by using bacterial fertilizer and ultrasonic.(3)The precipitation in 2018-2020 is 665 mm,565.9 mm and 685.2 mm respectively.The precipitation distribution is the most uniform in 2019,followed by 2020 and 2018;The accumulated temperature is 2029℃,2132℃and 2154.2℃;The plant height was 71.8 cm,96.6 cm and 72.0 cm respectively;the 100-seed weight were 16.1 g,18.7 g and 14.1 g respectively;The protein contents were 39.4%,37.5%and 34.2%respectively;Plant height,100-seed weight and protein content were positively correlated with precipitation;Plant height,100-seed weight and accumulated temperature were positively correlated;There was a negative correlation between protein content and accumulated temperature.(4)A set of high yield and high-protein content technology for soybean production in chilling region of Northeast China was integrated to provide technical support and theoretical guidance to the production of the high-yield and high-protein content soybean. |
