The proper concentration provides theoretical and practical basis for the application and promotion of these Chinese herbal medicine additives in the pig feeding process.This experiment was carried out in Changchun Topeke Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.It was divided into 5 parts:(1)300 healthy sows were selected and divided into two groups,each group was set up with 3replicates,50 female pigs The pig is a repeat,and the test period is 60 days.The first group of diets is the basal diet and is set as the control group;the second group of diets is the basal diet + 0.1% "Chanchuangbao"Chinese herbal medicine feed additive,and is set as the experimental group.Record the number of piglets born,birth weight,weaned piglets,number of weak piglets,number of stillbirths,weaned weight,and number of dead piglets for the two groups of producing sows;(2)Select 300 healthy sows and divide them into two groups.Set up 3 replicates for each group,50 sows as one replicate,and the test period is 30 days.The first group of diets was the basic diet and set as the control group;the second group of diets was the basic diet +0.1% "Liaojiabao" and 0.1% "Lanyuanqing" Chinese herbal feed additives,and set it as the experimental group.Record the return to estrus rate and average feed intake of the two groups of sows;(3)Select 300 healthy weaned nursery pigs,nursery-to-finishing piglets,and fattening pigs.Each stage pigs are divided into two groups,each The group is set with 3 repetitions,and 50 pigs are a repetition.The trial period was 21 days.The first group of diets is the basic diet and is set as the control group;the second group of diets is the basic diet + 0.1% "Pig Almighty" Chinese herbal feed additive.Record the daily gain and feed-to-meat ratio of the two groups of nursery pigs,fattening pigs and fattening pigs;(4)Select 160 healthy breeding sows and divide them into four groups,each with 4 replicates,10 pigs The sow is a repetition,the test period is 60 days,the first group of diet is the basic diet,set as the control group I;the second group of diet is the basic diet + 0.1%"Lan Yuanqing",set as the experimental group II;The third group of diet is basic diet +0.2% "Lanyuanqing",which is set as experimental group III;the fourth group of diet is basic diet +0.3% "Lanyuanqing",which is set as experimental group IV;each The group of test pigs randomly selected 5 pigs from each group two weeks after delivery,and blood was collected from the ear veins to detect the antibody levels of four common infectious diseases in pigs;(5)160 healthy nursery pigs were that:(1)Comparison of reproductive performance of sows: the number of born piglets and the number of weaned piglets in the experimental group were increased by 16.36% and 18.4% respectively compared with the control group(P<0.05);the number of weak piglets,stillbirths and dead piglets in the experimental group Compared with the control group,it decreased by 47.14%,64%,and 32.86% respectively(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the newborn weight and weaning weight increased by 10%,2.47%(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of reproductive performance of sows: Compared with the control group,the return to estrus rate of the experimental group was reduced by 86.67%(P<0.05),and the average feed intake of the experimental group was increased by 0.8% compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of the production performance of nursery pigs and fattening pigs: The daily gains of nursery pigs and fattening pigs in the experimental group increased by 31.25% and 15.38% respectively compared with the control group(P<0.05).The weight gain increased by 1.34% compared with the control group(P>0.05);the meat feed ratio of nursery pigs and small fat pigs in the experimental group decreased by24% and 14.66% compared with the control group,and the meat feed of fattening pigs in the experimental group Compared with the control group,it increased by values of experimental group II,experimental group III and experimental group IV increased by 12.69%,17.76% and 17.26% respectively compared with control group I(P<0.05);experimental group II The
