In order to reduce the amount of fertilizer applied to a large number of exposed vegetables and reduce the pollution of non-point source.This article chooses winter melon,lettuce,water spinach as the experimental material,through the field experiment and pot experiment,adopting spraying on the leaf(boron and molybdenum)and base(calcium and magnesium)in two ways,research under minus30% n fertilizer with calcium,magnesium,boron,molybdenum influence on yield and quality of vegetables,to reduce nitrogen fertilization in vegetable production to provide scientific basis.The results were as follows:(1)Nitrogen reduction by 30% combined with calcium,magnesium,boron and molybdenum can increase the yield of winter melon by 33.4 %,the total sugar content by 22.1 %,the leaching of nitrogen and phosphorus in soil by 4.6 %,and the utilization rate of nitrogen by 4.6 %.Calcium and magnesium treatment can improve the yield of winter melon by 20.5%,the content of Vc by 26.5%,the content of nitrite by 65.9 %,and the utilization rate of nitrogen by 17.4 %.There was no significant difference between the total sugar content of wax gourd treated with boron and molybdenum and the nitrogen reduction by 30% and the normal fertilization,while the nitrite content was between the nitrogen reduction by 30% and the normal fertilization.The nitrogen utilization rate of calcium magnesium,molybdenum boron and molybdenum calcium magnesium boron was 14.5%,9.1% and 17.3% higher than that of normal fertilization treatment,respectively.(2)Nitrogen reduction by 30% combined with calcium and magnesium,calcium and magnesium boron and molybdenum treatment significantly reduced the nitrate in lettuce by 70% and 41.4 %.Calcium magnesium treatment and calcium magnesium boron molybdenum treatment reduced the nitrite content of lettuce by46.9 % and 40.6 % respectively,while calcium magnesium increased the Vc content by 6.6 %.The nitrogen utilization rate of calcium magnesium and calcium magnesium boron molybdenum treatment was 8.6 % and 5.8 % higher than that of normal fertilization treatment,respectively.(3)Reduced nitrogen by 30 % with application of calcium,magnesium,boron,molybdenum,In the first season of water cabbage,magnesium,molybdenum,calcium magnesium boron molybdenum treatment,water cabbage production increased by35.6 %,23.0 % and 15.2 %,calcium,magnesium,calcium magnesium,boron,molybdenum,molybdenum,calcium magnesium boron molybdenum treatment than normal fertilizer treatment nitrogen utilization rate increased by 11.7 %,20.8 %,21.3 %,15.3 %,17.1 %,21.6 %,33.1 %.The total nitrogen content of calcium,molybdenum,boron molybdenum,calcium magnesium boron molybdenum plants increased by 6.7%,6.5%,12.5% and 9.8%.In the water cabbage of the second season,the total nitrogen content of molybdenum,boron and water cabbage increased by14.3% and 12.9%,and the nitrogen utilization rate of calcium,magnesium,calcium and magnesium,boron,molybdenum,boron and molybdenum was increased by13.8%,30.5%,25.1%,13.9%,38.3%,37.6% and 21.8% compared with the normal fertilization treatment.
