| Glucosinolates are sulfur-containing secondary metabolites, which are ubiquitous in Cruciferae Plants, and their anticancer activity is also particularly high.In order to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of high quality broccoli, the effects of spraying different concentrations of methyl jasmonate and salicylic acid on glucosinolates content and nutritional quality of broccoli were studied. The main results were as follows The results showed that:1.Spraying methyl jasmonate and salicylic acid did not affect the glucosinolates in broccoli, and nine glucosinolates were detected, among which PRO,ERU,SIN,NAP and RAA were aliphatic glucosinolates;NEO,4ME,4OH and GBC were indole glucosinolates.2.Spraying methyl jasmonate(Me JA)could increase the content of total glucosinolates, total indole glucosinolates, total aliphatic glucosinolates, and PRO,GBC,NEO,NAP,SIN and RAA in glucosinolates. At the same time, the contents of chlorophyll, polyphenols, crude fiber, total flavonoids andβ-carotene in broccoli were significantly increased, and the nitrate content was significantly decreased.Me JA was the best concentration at 1.5 mmol·L-1.At the same time,it can inhibit 40H and4ME in glucosinolates, but has no effect on ERU.The content of vitamin C,soluble protein and soluble sugar in nutritional quality could not be increased, but decreased in individual treatment.3.Spraying Salicylic acid could not increase the content of total glucosinolates, total aliphatic and total indole glucosinolates in broccoli. For glucosinolates, the nap content increased by 24%compared with the control only under 0.5 mmol·L-1treatment,but there was no significant difference in other treatments compared with the control. At 0.25 mmol·L-1,the contents of total glucosinolates and total aliphatic glucosinolates were significantly lower than those of the control. However, the contents of RAA,ERU,NEO,40H,GBC and 4ME did not increase significantly, but decreased significantly in individual treatments. For the nutritional quality of broccoli, treatment 1.0 mmol·L-1had the highest vitamin C content and the most obvious increase in crude fiber content. The effect of 2.0 mmol·L-1was the most obvious. However,it had no significant effect on the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein in broccoli, but significantly reduced the content ofβ-carotene,soluble sugar and polyphenol. The nitrate content of all treatments was significantly higher than that of the control. |
