Potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)is an annual herbaceous plant in the Solanaceae genus Solanum.It has rich nutritional value and is known as the "King of Vegetables".In this study,there are few local planted varieties,especially the scarcity of early-maturing fresh food varieties and processed varieties.The method of combining conventional breeding and ploidy breeding is used to select one plant through experiments such as sexual hybridization and single seedling selection.Batches of potato progeny materials with high-quality traits.(1)In 2017,through the planting,observation,identification and comprehensive evaluation of 195 potato hybrid progeny materials in the Zhangbei test site,78 materials with excellent traits were selected,and the selection rate was 40.00%.According to the material’s maturity,yield,starch content and other economic characteristics,28 medium-early maturity(<90d)materials were selected,which increased the yield by15.50%~103.00% compared with the control Favorita;medium maturity(≥90d)material 26 The yield increase was between 2.07% and 59.92%compared with the control Ji Zhangshu No.8;the combined yield was 24 copies of processed materials with starch content greater than 15%.The starch content is 15.16%-20.83%.Provide excellent test materials and important test data for the subsequent tests of selection and identification of new strains.(2)From 2018 to 2019,78 materials will continue to be planted at the Zhangbei experimental site to evaluate the stability of the strains,and analyze according to the plant traits,disease resistance,tuber apparent traits,yield and important economic traits of the materials,2018 In 2019,27 materials were selected.In 2019,9 high-yield,high-quality,stable traits high-generation lines were selected from the 27 materials.Among them,there are 4 processing lines,1 mid-early maturity line,and 4 late maturity lines.(3)In 2020,the 9 selected strains will be evaluated for the adaptability of different ecological regions.Continue to carry out selection and identification.Through comprehensive analysis of its main traits such as yield,quality,disease resistance,tuber physiological defects and yield stability,a preliminary selection of a mid-early-maturing fresh-food seedling line is N35-8,processing type 3 strains,of which N19-14 starch content is 25.2%,reducing sugar content is 0.36%,tuber white skin and white meat,can be used for whole flour(starch)processing strains or as high starch parent resource materials.The content of reducing sugars in N89-2 and N38-32 is less than 0.23%,which is predicted to be used in fried potato chips and fries.It needs further determination of processing indicators,and subsequent docking with enterprises,and practical application on the processing line to verify their applicability;Two mid-cooked fresh food strains are N105-4 and N105-11,and their appearance quality is better.
