Abstract/Summary:
Caragana korshinskii is one of the main shrub plants for the management of sandy areas.It is widely distributed.Caragana korshinskii has the characteristics of rejuvenation.The development of forage on it can alleviate the current situation of tight supply and demand of roughage in our country and help the animal husbandry to efficiency improvement and save cost.Currently,there is no stumping and rubbing silk machine that can complete the stumping,collect the branches after stumping,transport the branches,cut the branches,and rub the branches in one operation.The stumping and rubbing silk machine processes the flat stubble caragana into silk-like feed,which is suitable for feeding ruminants such as cattle and sheep.In this thesis,based on the previous researches on the harvesting equipment and the biological characteristics of Caragana korshinskii,the design research and simulation analysis of the Caragana korshinskii stumping and rubbing silk machine are carried out.Through literature search,the best period for the development of Caragana korshinskii as forage was determined.The stumping and rubbing silk machine designed in this thesis is mainly composed of the cutting table mechanism,conveying mechanism,intercept mechanism and rubbing silk mechanism.The parameters of the stumping and rubbing silk machine are determined according to the physical and mechanical properties of the Caragana korshinskii,and determine the rationality of the design through simulation experiments.The main contents included:(1)Explore the biological characteristics of Caragana korshinskii.By looking up the literature,summarize the nutritional characteristics,root characteristics and growth habits of Caragana korshinskii.At the same time,the physical properties of Caragana korshinskii were analyzed to establish a foundation for the design of the stumping and rubbing silk machine.(2)According to the physical properties of Caragana korshinskii,design and determine the parameters of the cutting table mechanism,conveying mechanism,intercept mechanism,and rubbing silk mechanism of the Caragana korshinskii stumping and rubbing silk machine.The cutting table mechanism is mainly composed of cutting parts and the transfer roller According to the calculation model of the maximum sawing force of the Caragana korshinskii,the maximum sawing force of the Caragana korshinskii is calculated.Show the structure of the conveying mechanism and explain its design principles,design and calculate the structural parameters of the feeding roller.The structural parameters of the intercept mechanism is designed and calculated.Calculate and theoretically analyze the parameters such as the spindle speed of the rotor,the shape of the hammer,the size of the hammer,and the number of the hammer of the rubbing silk mechanism.(3)Use ANSYS Workbench software to perform static finite element analysis on the hammer in the rubbing silk mechanism.The results show that the design parameters of the hammer suit the requirements of working strength.The modal analysis of the cutting parts and the rotor spindle of the rubbing silk mechanism is carried out.To ensure that the cutting part and the rotor spindle will not resonate during the working process.
