| This experiment was conducted to explore the phenolic content and antioxidant activity of fruits and leaves of different resources of Cerasus humilis by studying the phenolic content and antioxidant activity of fruits and leaves of different resources, different parts and maturity stages of Cerasus humilis and different growth periods,so as to provide theoretical basis for the further development and application of Cerasus humilis resources. The main results of this study are as follows:1.Among the phenolic contents of different germplasm Cerasus humilis fruits, red skin red flesh had the highest content of total phenols, total flavonoids and anthocyanins and yellow skin yellow flesh had the highest content of flavonols;red skin red flesh had the highest content of total phenols, total flavonoids and anthocyanins, red skin yellow flesh had the highest content of proanthocyanidins and yellow skin yellow flesh had the highest content of flavonols;yellow skin yellow flesh had the highest content of total phenols, total flavonoids, proanthocyanidins and anthocyanidins. The phenolic content of different parts of Cerasus humilis fruit is generally peel > fruit > flesh, and the total phenol, total flavonoids, proanthocyanidins, anthocyanidins and flavonols in red-skinned red flesh and yellow-skinned yellow flesh are the highest in peel;the proanthocyanidin content in red-skinned yellow flesh is the highest in peel, and the total phenol, total flavonoids, anthocyanidins and flavonols are the highest in peel. The phenolics of Cerasus humilis at different ripening stages showed that the hard ripening stage was larger than the complete ripening stage.2.The phenolic content of Cerasus humilis leaves at different growth stages showed a general trend of increasing and then decreasing, and all reached the maximum at the fruits coloring expansion stage.Total phenols and total flavonoids were highest in No.6 Cerasus humilis, anthocyanins and flavonols were highest in No.4 Cerasus humilis, and proanthocyanidins washighest in Meng Yuan at the coloring expansion stage.3.The total antioxidant activity, iron ion reducing power,DPPH scavenging rate, and OH·scavenging rate of various phenolic substances in the fruits of the three Cerasus humilis sources showed the highest total phenols;total flavonoids and proanthocyanidins were the next highest;anthocyanidins and flavonols were the next highest, with flavonols being the lowest, and the four antioxidant activities of anthocyanidins and flavonols were significantly lower than those of total phenols, total flavonoids, and proanthocyanidins. The four antioxidant activities of total phenols, total flavonoids and proanthocyanidins of red-skinned red flesh were higher than those of the other two Cerasus humilis resources in different degrees.4、The total antioxidant activities of various phenolic substances of the leaves of the two species of Cerasus humilis showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing in different growth periods. The ferric ion reducing power of total phenols, total flavonoids, proanthocyanidins, and anthocyanidins all increased and then decreased. The DPPH scavenging rate of total flavonoids, proanthocyanidins, anthocyanidins and flavonols increased and then decreased in Meng Yuan Cerasus humilis, while it gradually increased in No.6 Cerasus humilis. The OH·scavenging rate of total phenols, total flavonoids and flavonols increased and then decreased in the leaves of the 2 species of Cerasus humilis;the OH-scavenging rate of proanthocyanidins and anthocyanidins gradually increased in No.6 Cerasus humilis, while it first increased and then decreased in Meng Yuan Cerasus humilis leaves. |
