| The large-scale breeding of mutton sheep has become the mainstream trend in China at present,but the high feeding density provides convenient conditions for the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases.In addition,tapping the growth performance of mutton sheep to make them eat well and grow fast is also the long-term goal pursued by breeding enterprises.However,the smell of mutton is one of the important reasons why people are unwilling to choose mutton as the main meat.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the effect of self-made Chinese herbal medicine feed additive on improving its disease resistance,growth performance and mutton flavor.Elisa antibody kit was used to detect the contents of PPR,SPPV antibody,IgG,IgA and IgM antibody in the test sheep in 4 months to analyze the enhancement effect of self-made prescription on the immunity of mutton sheep.Record the feed consumption and weight gain of each group of experimental sheep within 4 months to judge the improvement effect of self-made prescription on the growth performance of mutton sheep.After the feeding experiment,400g of longissimus dorsi muscle of lumbar vertebrae of all tested sheep were taken to detect moisture,fat,amino acids,fatty acids and volatile flavor substances of mutton.Direct drying method,Soxhlet extractor method,gas chromatography detection method,high performance liquid chromatography,and GC-MS solid phase detection method were used to evaluate the effect of flavor improvement.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the self-formulated prescription group increased the antibody content of PPR(P<0.05)and the antibody content of SPPV(P>0.05),and also increased the non-specific antibody content in the body(P>0.05).(2)In terms of flavor,2%and 3%dose groups significantly increased the content of flavor amino acids in mutton compared with the control group(P<0.05),and 3%dose group significantly increased the content of essential amino acids and total amino acids in mutton(P<0.05);1%dose group increased the content of various fatty acids and total fatty acids in mutton(P<0.05),and 3%dose group decreased the content of capric acid and stearic acid in mutton(P<0.05);2%and 3%dose groups reduced the content of n-hexanal and n-nonanal in mutton.Conclusion:The self-designed Chinese herbal medicine feed additive can significantly improve the body disease resistance of mutton sheep,but has no obvious effect on the growth performance of mutton sheep.The self-designed prescription added into the feed can enhance the flavor of mutton and reduce the odor of mutton. |
