| With the start of the battle to get rid of poverty,the development of characteristic agricultural economy by farmers in accordance with local conditions is the most powerful support to the national agricultural policy.Spring onion is a kind of nutritious and widely eaten vegetable with high economic value.In addition to moisture,scallions do not have high requirements for other planting conditions,so they are very suitable for planting in the eastern part of Qinghai Province.The combination of science and technology and automation equipment to improve the output and quality of Welsh onions to increase economic income is a positive attempt for local farmers to shake off poverty and become rich.However,Welsh onions are neither resistant to drought nor waterlogging,so it is necessary to maintain water and not over-irrigate.Therefore,controlling the soil relative humidity during the growth period of Welsh onion is a necessary condition for high quality and high yield of Welsh onion.In this paper,after a detailed investigation of the geographical environment of the eastern part of Qinghai Province,a set of Welsh onion planting environment prediction and monitoring system based on the Internet of things is designed,which combines the prediction mechanism based on BP neural network and the Internet of things device based on wireless sensor network.First of all,in view of the inaccurate detection of humidity information inherent in the traditional soil moisture control system,this paper designs a prediction mechanism based on BP neural network algorithm,which takes the changes of air temperature,air humidity and soil temperature within one hour,as well as the average values of wind speed and light intensity that affect the change of soil moisture within one hour as the input values of BP network.The change of soil moisture in the corresponding time period was obtained by prediction.Matlab simulation results show that the mechanism can accurately predict the change of soil moisture and provide a prerequisite for accurate control of soil moisture.Secondly,in order to adapt to the characteristics of Qinghai Province,this paper designs a set of agricultural Internet of things device,including: environmental information collection module-monitoring air temperature,air humidity,wind speed,light intensity and soil temperature;gateway module-receives the data monitored by the environmental information collection module and uploads it to the cloud server;Client module-log in to the remote desktop of the cloud server,obtain the data stored in the cloud server and perform the prediction task,and send control instructions to the sprinkler irrigation module;sprinkler irrigation module-receives the control instructions of the client and performs irrigation work.Zig Bee technology is used to transmit data between the environmental information collection module and the gateway module,GPRS technology is used to transmit data between the gateway module and the cloud server,and the PC client is connected to the cloud server through Internet.Finally,the client control program is designed by mixed programming of C # and matlab,and the function of the prediction mechanism is realized by the matlab program.In this paper,the soil moisture value of Welsh onion planting is set to 60%.The experimental results show that the system runs well,and the collection of environmental information,the prediction of soil moisture change and the control of sprinkler irrigation can achieve the expected goals.it can significantly improve the efficiency of soil moisture measurement and control,and play a significant role in promoting the high quality and high yield of Welsh onions. |
