In recent years,the rapid development of China’s urbanization,leading to a reduction in labor and a risen in labor costs.These have led to an increase in vegetable planting costs.However,the demand for vegetables is still rising year by year,which requires a reasonable plan to ensure a stable supply of vegetables.Vegetable planting is an indispensable stage in agricultural vegetable production,and considering that mechanized seedling transplanting can effectively solve the above problems,the realization of mechanized vegetable seedling planting is an inevitable development trend of agricultural planting in the future.But so far,time-consuming,inefficient and laborious non-standard traditional manual transplanting operation is still the China’s main way of growing vegetables.The main reason is that the mechanised vegetable seedling transplanting technology and equipment which are suitable for China’s national conditions have some problems still need to be solved.For example,in the process of seedling raising,the natural growth of the seedlings can cause the root system,the substrate and the seedling tray to be tightly adhered.When the seedling is taken by the mechanical device,the actuator will inevitably cause the seedling injure and the root-containing substrate damage.The result is that the recovery period of seedlings after transplanting will prolong,the survival rate will decrease and the yield will reduce.And it is even more difficult that the bare seedling which is separated from the substrate to plant with positive effect,which results in the fully automatic and mechanized transplant of vegetables cannot be popularized.In order to achieve green ecology,environmental friendliness,energy conservation,emission reduction,and cost reduction,and to ensure automatic vegetable mechanical seeding picking-throwing which is able to successful using,it is of great theoretical value and far-reaching significance to study the new-style vibration release mechanism between the root-containing substrate and the seedling tray.This paper mainly studies the vibration release mechanism between the root-containing substract and the seedling tray through the following aspects:First,consult a lot of relevant literature and review relevant theories and devices.Secondly,a new vibration releasing theory between the root-containing substrate and the seedling tray was proposed,and a manual tray seedling vibration releasing device was designed.According to the releasing requirements of the tray seedlings,a vibration model of the entire system under impact excitation was established,and the vibration releasing mechanism of the tray seedlings was studied.Making the seedling-containing tray racks produce the required vibration,achieving the vibration releasing between the root-containing substrate and the seedling tray.Third,through ADAMS,the motion and mechanical change curves of each part of the impact excitation system and the normally closed clamping device were simulated,and the performance of the two devices in the working process was clarified.Then,ANSYS was used to analyze the modal,harmonic response and transient state of the vibration release system frame.Through modal analysis,the first twentieth natural frequency values of the rack and the first ten natural frequency cloud diagrams were obtained.Through harmonic response analysis,when the natural frequency is 390Hz and in the Z direction,the displacement of the rack was the largest,and through calculation,the dynamic stiffness of the frame at this natural frequency was obtained.Through modal analysis,the deformation cloud diagram and stress cloud diagram of the frame in the first 0.5s were obtained.Finally,using ANSYS Explicit Dynamics to simulate and analyze the impact process.Through the simulation analysis of different impact head shapes,materials and different kinds of frame materials,it can be concluded that the shape of the impact head is the better choice when the shape of the impact head is round.And when the materials of the impact head and frame are Q235 and 08F respectively,the maximum deformation,the maximum strain and the maximum stress are the smallest,which are0.8894mm,1.9089×10-3and 357.24MPa,respectively.
