Abstract/Summary:
The purpose of this test is to evaluate the nutritional value of four different varieties of feed rice and brown rice[Chenliang(Liangyouzao17)、Chenlu(Luliangyou996)、Chenxiang(Xiangzaoxian44)、Chenzhong(Zhongzao39)] in Hunan,China,as well as metabolic energy(DE),digestive energy(ME),apparent ileal amino acid digestibility(AID)and standard ileal amino acid in growing pigs Digestibility(SID).This study is specifically divided into two tests: Test 1: Effective evaluation of different breeds of feed rice and brown rice growing pigs.In the experiment,10 dull boars with similar age(25.86 ± 4.81kg)[Du ×(length × large)] healthy(no obvious skin problems and limbs and feet disease)were selected and divided into 2 areas according to body weight,5 pigs in each area, using 2 5 * 3You Dengfang design, the test period is 30 days, divided into 3 stages, each stage is 10 days, including the adaptation period of 3 days,pre-test period of 3 days, positive The trial period is 4 days. The total manure collection(urine)method combined with the total replacement method was used to assess the effective performance of different breeds of rice for growing rice. The results show: The fecal energy was highest in the corn control group, but there was no significant difference from the other four groups of feed rice and brown rice groups(P >0.05);the corn control group had the lowest total intestinal digestibility, but no significant difference from the other four groups of feed rice and brown rice groups.(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between metabolic energy and digestive energy corn control group and four groups of different varieties of feed rice brown rice group(P > 0.05).Test 2:Amino acid digestibility evaluation of pigs with different varieties of feed rice and brown rice.Twelve boars with healthy age(20.04 ± 3.74kg)healthy(no obvious skin problems and limbs and feet)were selected for the test.T-fistulas were installed at the end of the ileum of each pig by fistula surgery before the test to recover After the period,it is divided into 2areas according to body weight,6 pigs in each area, using 2 6 * 3 Youdang design,a total of21 days, divided into 3 stages, each stage is 7 days, including a pre-test period of 5 days,The trial period is 2 days. The ileal chyme was collected by fistula method and the amino acid digestibility of different kinds of feed rice growing pigs was evaluated. The results show that: when forage rice and brown rice replace 40% of corn, isoleucine(Ile),leucine(Leu),lysine(Lys),threonine(Thr),valine(Val),propyl The SID of alaine(Ala)in growing pigs is significantly higher than that of corn;arginine(Arg),histidine(His),methionine(Met),aspartic acid(Asp),cystine(Cy2),The SIDs of glutamate(Glu),glycine(Gly),proline(Pro),serine(Ser),and tyrosine(Tyr)in growing pigs are slightly higher than that of corn, and the difference is not significant.
