| The dairy goat industry is an important part of our country’s dairy industry.With the changes in people’s consumption concepts and the market’s demand for high-quality goat milk,the dairy goat industry has entered a stage of rapid development,and the stock of dairy goats has continued to increase.However,the development of the dairy goat industry still has many problems,one of which is the shortage of high-quality forage grass.The lack of high-quality protein feed can not give full play to the milk production performance of high-quality dairy goats,which affects goat milk production;it may cause nutritional defects in goat milk and affect the quality of goat milk.The hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera has the advantages of fast-growing and high-yield,strong stress resistance,and high protein content.It can be used as an ideal source of protein feed for ruminants.It can solve the shortage of high-quality protein forage to a certain extent,and it has been used in livestock and poultry.It has been used in production,but there is no relevant report on the research of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed on the lactation performance of Guanzhong dairy goats.The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed on the lactation performance of Guanzhong dairy goats.The body condition of 24 goats is close,the parity is 2 litters,the number of lactation days and milk production are close(about 100 days after delivery)and are in the same level of health.Guanzhong dairy goats were experimental animals,and were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the single-factor randomized block experiment design,each with 6 goats,named as control group,experimental groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢ.The dairy goats in the control group were fed with basic TMR diets.Under the premise of equal energy and equal protein in groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,5%,10%and 15%hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed was added to the diet formula.The pre-feeding period of the experiment was 7 days,and the official period was 42 days.During the test,the feed intake,milk production,milk composition,milk amino acid and fatty acid composition of Guanzhong dairy goats were measured.The main results of this research are as follows:1.Adding different proportions of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed to the diet can increase the average daily feed intake of Guanzhong dairy goats(P<0.05),and has a tendency to decrease the total weight gain of the dairy goats during the whole period.Compared with the control group,the average daily milk production of the dairy goats in groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢincreased by 7.78%,21.56%and 13.17%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the average daily milk production of dairy goats in groups I,Ⅱ,andⅢincreased significantly during the period from d1 to d7(P<0.05);during the period from d8to d28,the milk in groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly increased.The milk production of goats increased significantly(P<0.05);during the period from d29 to d35,the milk production of groupⅡincreased significantly(P<0.05).The peak milk production of the dairy goats in groupⅡwas higher than that of the other groups,reaching 2.18 kg/d;the addition of fermented Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed delayed the decline in milk production during the transition from the peak lactation period to the mid-lactation period;added to the diet.The 10%hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed has the highest economic benefit.The feed cost has been reduced by 0.26 yuan/d,the average daily milk production has increased by 0.36 kg,and the average daily profit increased by 2.69 yuan based on the local goat milk price.2.During the experiment,goat milk was collected every 7 days.After the experiment,each group was mixed and tested for goat milk quality.The results showed that adding hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed to the diet can increase the milk production of goats and maintain the routine of goat milk.The nutrient content is stable,but it will reduce the milk amino acid content,and the higher the ratio of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed,the lower the milk amino acid content.Compared with the control group,the goat milk glutamate of the experiment groupⅡand groupⅢdecreased by 10.8%and 13.6%(P<0.05),and the goat milk leucine of the experiment groupⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢdecreased by 11.9%,13.1%and 14.6%(P<0.05),the content of lysine in goat milk in experimentⅡgroup decreased by 12.4%(P<0.05),and the arginine in goat milk in experimentⅡand groupⅢdecreased by 27.8%and 30.1%(P<0.05);adding hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed to the diet can improve the types and proportions of functional fatty acids in goat milk.Compared with the control group,the palmitic acid content of goat milk in experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢincreased by 17.3%,16.8%and40.1%(P<0.05),and the oleic acid content of goat milk in experimental groupsⅡandⅢincreased by 55.8%and 48.1%(P<0.05),the content of linoleic acid in goat milk in experiment groupⅡand groupⅢincreased by 31.9%and 24.7%(P<0.05),and the tetracosanoic acid in goat milk in experiment groupⅢincreased 38.1%(P<0.05),the content of EPA in goat milk in experimentⅡandⅢincreased by 33.7%and 13.7%(P<0.05),the content of DHA in goat milk in experimentⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢall increased significantly(P<0.05).Therefore,adding hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed to dairy goats can reduce the amino acid content in goat milk,but it can increase the content of unsaturated fatty acids in goat milk and improve the quality of goat milk.The 10%substitution effect is the best.3.During the experiment,blood samples were collected every 7 days to detect serum hormone levels.The results showed that compared with the control group of dairy goats,during the experiment d1 to d7,during d15 to d21 and d29 to d42,experiments I,Ⅱ,Serum prolactin(PRL)content of dairy goats in groupⅢincreased significantly(P<0.05);during d8 to d14,serum PRL content of dairy goats in test groupⅡincreased significantly(P<0.05);during d22 to d28,groupⅡThe serum PRL content of dairy goats in groupⅢincreased significantly(P<0.05).During the period from d36 to d42,the estrogen content of test groupⅡincreased significantly(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and progesterone(P4)in dairy goats in groups I,ⅡandⅢ(P>0.05).Therefore,adding 10%hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed to Guanzhong dairy goats has no adverse effect on normal reproductive hormone secretion,but it can increase the concentration of PRL,and there is a significant positive correlation between milk production and the concentration of PRL.Therefore,feeding Guanzhong dairy goats with hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed in the diet can increase the feed intake and milk production of the dairy goats;extend the peak milk production period and delay the milk production of the dairy goats during the transition from the peak lactation period to the mid-lactation period.Decrease rate of the amount;reduce the total amount of amino acids in goat milk,but can increase the content of PUFA and improve the quality of goat milk;feeding hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed can increase the content of PRL in the serum of dairy goats,thereby affecting the milk production of dairy goats the amount.The effect of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed is 10%. |
