Effects Of S3307and DTA-6 On Physiological Characters Of Source-sink System,yield And Quality Of Mung Bean

Mung bean has strong adaptability,infertile resistance,short growth period,and plays an important role in the adjustment of agricultural planting structure.It is an important resource for the development of modern functional food and its grain has the characteristics of high protein,low fat and homologous to medicine and food.Plant growth regulators can regulate the growth,development and physiological metabolism of crops to achieve the effect of increasing yield and improving quality.In this paper,the mung bean variety "Ji 0816Mao-3" and "Anlv 7" were used as experimental materials.And the experiment was carried out in the first station of Northwest A&F University from 2019 to 2020.The changes of physiological indexes and dry matter accumulation in leaf,pod shell and grain of mung bean were compared by spraying plant growth regulator on leaf surface of mung bean at the initial flowering stage.The regulation effects of S3307 and DTA-6 on agronomic characters,dry matter accumulation,physiological indexes of source-sink system,yield and quality of mung bean were studied,which provided scientific basis for the application of plant growth regulator in mung bean production.The conclusions are as follows:1.The plant height of mung bean was decreased by S3307 treatment and increased by DTA-6 treatment,both of which could increase the stem diameter,shorten the internode length of main stem and increase the lodging resistance of the plant.S3307 and DTA-6treatments significantly increased dry matter accumulation and dry matter transport capacity of each organ.The proportion of dry matter distribution to main stem and leaves increased,while the proportion of dry matter distribution to branching leaves and stem decreased.The proportion of dry matter to pod shell and grain increased at later stage.2.S3307 and DTA-6 significantly increased the chlorophyll content of mung bean leaves,and S3307 had better regulation effect on chlorophyll than DTA-6.The contents of sucrose,reducing sugar and soluble sugar in the leaves of mung bean treated with regulator were lower than CK in the middle granulation period,but higher than CK in the late granulation period.The contents of starch and total sugar in leaves of Anlv 7 were higher than those of the control group,while the contents of starch and total sugar in leaves of Ji0816mao-3 were lower than those of the control group in early stage and higher than those of the control group in late stage.At the same time,the total nitrogen content in leaves of the two cultivars was higher than that of the control.3.The treatment of S3307 and DTA-6 increased the chlorophyll content of pod shells at late granulation stage.The contents of sucrose,reducing sugar and total nitrogen in pod shells were increased by treatment with regulator.The contents of soluble sugar,starch and total sugar in pod shells treated with regulator were lower than those in the middle filling stage,but higher than those in the late filling stage.S3307 treatment increased the sucrose content of mung bean grains,while DTA-6 treatment increased the sucrose content of grains in late filling period,but decreased the sucrose content in middle filling period.S3307 and DTA-6treatments increased the contents of total sugar,starch,soluble protein and total nitrogen,but decreased the content of soluble sugar in mid-bulging grains.At the same time,the reducing sugar content of Ji 0816 Mao-3 was increased,and the reducing sugar content of Anlv 7 was decreased.4.S3307 and DTA-6 increased the number of pods per plant,the number of seeds per pod and the 100-seed weight of mung bean,and the number of pods per plant of each treatment was significantly higher than that of the control.In the two-year experiment,the yield of mung bean treated with S3307 and DTA-6 increased significantly compared with the control.The yield increase effect of DTA-6 was better than that of S3307 in 2019,and that of S3307 was better than that of DTA-6 in 2020.S3307 and DTA-6 to improve the grain protein content,reduced the oil content,improve the function of the grain nutrients flavonoids and total phenol content,which the grain protein content of S3307 processing and significant difference was found,no significant difference compared with oil,DTA and six nutrients of mung bean grain function control effect is better than that of S3307.The comprehensive analysis showed that the plant growth regulator could improve the plant type and promote the dry matter accumulation.S3307 treatment significantly increased leaf chlorophyll content,increased the capacity of leaf assimilate production,and expanded the "source";DTA-6 treatment significantly increased the number of pods and pods per plant,expanded the "reservoir" capacity,and improved the viability of the reservoir.It can be seen that plant growth regulators can enhance the material transport and distribution between source and sink by expanding source and increasing sink,thus achieving yield and quality improvement.
