| With the domestic rapid economic development,environmental protection measures to strengthen gradually,a lot of land has been returning farmland to forest,land area decreased dramatically,the agricultural population along with the development of the city fell sharply,farmed,and land resources become scarce,limited land planting fruits and vegetables in agricultural products become the important problem facing the agricultural development in our country.Soilless cultivation technology development is to solve the above this kind of problem,and aerosol cultivation technique is an frontier soilless cultivation technology,mass cultivation of crop root hanging in the air,respiratory frequency increases the root,make the crop roots of nutrient absorption and metabolic rate is greatly increased,maximize the potential of crop growth.Aerosol cultivation is easy to be combined with automation technology,which can realize the intelligent control of crop cultivation environment,not only meet the requirements of crop growth,but also reduce the demand for land and labor.This paper summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign atomization cultivation technology research status at the same time,but also investigates the atomization cultivation on plant growth.It is found that the current aeroponics technology is mainly for the regulation of the surrounding environmental factors or the regulation of the liquid supply system,and there is a lack of aeroponics control system with the external characteristics of plants in different growth stages as the main feedback signal.In addition,the survey found that atomization is bigger than the rootshoot ratio of crops in hydroponic culture and matrix,the growth inhibition of aerial part,serious impact on the economic benefits of leaf vegetables,hindered the development of fog culture,at the same time is involved in the domestic and foreign research on crop root cap ratio regulation and how to control the fog on the crop root cap than this problem,this is still a problem faced by atomization cultivation at present.Based on previous studies on atomization cultivation,this paper takes cream lettuce as the planting object,proposes and designs an aeroponics control system for lettuce,and realizes phased regulation of the aeroponics system by using leaf crown area characteristics of lettuce at different growth stages as feedback signals of the aeroponics system.On the basis of realizing the function of traditional aeroponics control system,the normal growth of lettuce can be guaranteed,and the root shoot ratio of aeroponics lettuce can be reduced to some extent,so as to increase the effective yield of lettuce.In this paper,the aeroponics test bed is designed,and the structure and material selection of aeroponics device are introduced in combination with the functions of aeroponics control system.Then,the overall scheme and framework of the control system were determined.STM32 microcontroller was used as the upper computer of the control system,two 51 microcontrollers were used as the lower computer,and the PC was used as the way to process the lettuce image and obtain the growth parameters of the lettuce,so as to realize the reasonable control of the lettuce in the process of aeroponics.According to the control scheme,the hardware and software of the aeroponics system are designed to realize the functions of wireless data acquisition,equipment control,data processing and storage.Using MATLAB platform to design the image processing interface,the parameters of lettuce in each growth stage are obtained,and some parameters are transmitted to the upper computer in stages.After receiving the data,the upper computer sends corresponding commands to the lower computer according to the fuzzy control strategy,so as to achieve the control of spray frequency,nutrient solution temperature and light intensity,and finally realize the control of lettuce leaf crown area and reduce lettuce root-shoot ratio.Feasibility for test systems,structures,fog in the laboratory,test bench for this article design the lettuce fog control system debugging and the experiment test,through the summer months of atomization cultivation experiment,observation system normal operation,reliable communication between devices,data monitoring,which can realize the lettuce distribution area and root cap ratio regulation,The feasibility of the lettuce aeroponics control system was verified. |
