The research invested the occurrence of tobacco disease in growing areas of GuiYang in recent two years, got the main disease occurred in the seedbed period and field condition. We try to control the common disease of tobacco by the high-effective, low-adverse and low-residue agentia, in order to achieve the pollution-free control technology. In addition,we have integrated a set of pollution-free control technology which will been applied to control the main disease of tobacco in growing areas of GuiYang, in accordance with different growth period of tobacco and the practical situation of the plant and cultivation.1Investigation of the main disease in seedbed period and field condition in GuiYang.This investigation was carried out in the tobacco growing area of RenYi and Qiaoshi town by the combination of preliminary investigation and systemic investigation, respectively in2010and2011, and reported the occurrence and damage of different diseases. The results indicated that in seedbed period, occurrence of tobacco disease was less than the other period, the main diseases was Pythium aphanidermatum Fitzpatrick, Colletotrichum nicotianae, Rhizoctonia solani kuhn, and the occurrence of Colletotrichum nicotianae was much more serious than the other dieases which often happened in the normal seeding. Compared to the normal seeding, floating seeding had a low incidence. In the field period, the main dieases of the tobacco were Tobacco mosaic virus, Pseudomonas solanacearum E.F.Smith and Alternaria alternate Keissler. With the investment of main diseases in different temperature, we found these diseases were positively correlated to the temperature, also when temperature is rising, the incidence of the tobacco is growing.2. The screening test of controling Tobacco mosaic virusResult of some agentia controling the Tobacco mosaic virus in field indicated:control effect of20%Moroxydine Hydrochloride and Messenger were better than Aigeli bio-fertilizer, Molecular vaccine and Oligosaccharin,especially the20%Moroxydine Hydrochloride had quick-acting and lasting effect on controling the Tobacco mosaic virus was much more obvious than the other agentia. In addition, result of economical character in different treatment indicated, Messenger and Aigeli bio-fertilizer treatment had promoter action on the growth of the tobacco,20%Moroxydine Hydrochloride, Molecular vaccine and Oligosaccharin had less significance promotion to the tobacco.3. Laboratory test of extractive from different sources to control the Pseudomonas solanacearum E.F.SmithFrom different concentration experiment, control effect of the extractive from garlic, gingko leaf and oleander leaf had the positively correlated to the concentration, except the lotus leaf. Extractive from garlic had the best control effect, when the concentration was100g/L, the bacteriostatic effect achieved the best level. Not only the low concentration, but also high concentration of the garlic extractive, had the obvious effect compared with the other material.
