| As one of the most important bamboo species in Sichuan Province,Dendrocalamus farinosus has high economic value because of its high yield, high cellulose content and dual-use of shoot and wood, thus, the related research on D.farinosus has been paid more and more attention. In this study,8 different genotypes of D.farinosus, including common cultivated type(ck),were used as research materials to study their morphological characteristics, genetic variation, quality and postharvest physiology of bamboo shoots. The main conclusions are as follows:1.There are obvious morphological differences between shoots and mature bamboos in 8 different genotypes of Dendrocalamus farinosus.Compared with those of other genotypes,90-3-b line was dominant in yield characteristics, including the internode number, culm wall thickness, leaf width, petiole length and secondary vein logarithm, showing high biomass accumulation potential.2.Through the morphological characteristics of bamboo shoots of different genotypes of D.farinosus,it was found that 8 genotypes were divided into two groups: CK,90-3-b,126-a,101-2-b and 129-b were clustered into subgroup I,while 9-b,35-b and 64-A were clustered in subgroup II.3.Cluster analysis was carried out by calculating the genetic similarity coefficient among different genotypes of D.farinosus.It was found that 8genotypes were divided into three groups at D1= 0.69: there were common cultivated ck and 90-b in type Ⅰ,101-2-b and 129-b in class Ⅱ,and 9-b,126-a,35-b and 64-a in class Ⅲ.5.The nutritional indexes of bamboo shoots of different genotypes of D.farinosus were analyzed and evaluated by principal component analysis. It was found that the comprehensive quality of 126-a and 101-2-b genotypes was better.6.6-BA,IAA and ABA increased during 1-5 days of low temperature storage and began to decrease continuously after 5 days, while ethylene content decreased during 1-5 days and increased significantly after 5 days. |
