In this study,47 rhizosphere soil samples from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi producing areas in China were selected as the research object. The physical and chemical properties of rhizosphere soil were determined by Smart Chem 300 automatic discontinuous chemical analyzer.Rhizosphere soil microbial diversity was analyzed by Hiseq high-throughput sequencing technology.Combined with the content of Scutellaria baicalensis effective ingredients correlation analysis. To find out the relationship between the effective ingredients and the factors. It can improve the accumulation of effective medicinal ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis. The aim to provide a scientific field management scheme, for the development of effective medicinal ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis. And providing a theoretical basis. The main research results are as follows:(1)The correlation between the content of active components of Scutellaria baicalensis and the physical and chemical factors of rhizosphere soil. The content of baicalin has a significant positive correlation with p H,and have a significant negative correlation with SOM.The content of chrysin is positively correlated with the Fe2+,Mn2+and Zn2+.The content of norwogonin, baicalein, and the content of wogonin were positively correlated with the Fe2+,Mn2+and Zn2+,And are positively correlated with the p H.The flavonoidⅡhave a significant positive correlation with the p H,and NH4-N,K+and Sr are significantly negatively correlated with the content of flavonoidⅡ.(2)The correlation between the content of active components of Scutellaria baicalensis and rhizosphere soil fungal community. There was a significant positive correlation between the content of norwogonin and Archaeorhizomyces. The content of baicalein was significantly positively correlated with Tetracladium,Phaeomycocentrospora and Acremonium. The content of wogonin was significantly positively correlated with Phaeomycocentrospora. The content of wogonin was highly significantly positively correlated with Paraphoma and Tetracladium. There was a significant positive correlation between the content of chrysin and Phaeomycocentrospora,Clavaria and Tetracladium.(3)The correlation between active component content of Scutellaria baicalensis and rhizosphere soil bacterial community. The contents of baicalin, baicalein, flavonoidⅡand norwogonin were significantly positively correlated with MND1.There was a significant positive correlation between baicalein and Subgroup_17.The content of flavonoidⅡwas significantly positively correlated with Ellin6067 and Vicinamibacteraceae. The contents of oroxylin and wogonoside were significantly positive correlation with IMCC26256.The contents of baicalein and norwogonin were significantly positive correlation with Ellin6067 and Subgroup_17.The content of norwogonin was significantly positively correlated with TRA3-20,and extremely significantly positively correlated with Haliangium. There was a significant positive correlation between the content of wogonin and Sphingomonas, and an extremely significant positive correlation between the content of wogonin and Subgroup_17.There was a significant positive correlation between the content of chrysin and TRA3-20,ELlin6067 and SUBGROUP_7. |
