| In this paper,40 highland barley varieties with different bending resistance were screened out from 1600 highland barley germplasm resources in the early stage to determine the lodging resistance evaluation method, and then the external morphological indexes, internal anatomy, stem chemical composition and lodging resistance of highland barley stalks were studied. The results are as follows:1.The single stem thrust resistance method, the second basal node bending force method and the lodging index are the commonly used lodging resistance evaluation methods.Through the comparison of the three methods,it is found that the evaluation results of the second basal node bending force method and the single stem thrust resistance method have strong consistency, showing a very significant positive correlation with the correlation coefficient of 0.605**;Therefore,in this study, the second internode flexural force method was used for evaluation. The correlation analysis between the second internode resistance method and the external morphological indexes of highland barley stalks showed that the second internode resistance was significantly correlated with the coarseness and plumpness of the second internode, reaching 0.811**and 0.817**,respectively,and the second internode coarseness and plumpness of the second internode was extremely significantly positively correlated with the level of 0.807***.At the same time, total fresh weight, total dry weight, fresh weight, dry weight, plant height and center of gravity height, spike length and significantly correlated to the bending force, prove that enhance the above indexes can improve the lodging resistance of highland barley, especially increasing basal internode roughness,2 degrees, and the base of the second internode stem increased to improve bending force have a significant effect of highland barley.2.The correlation analysis between the bending strength method of the second segment of the base and the internal structural indexes of the highland barley stalks showed that the number and area of the large vascular bundle, the area of the small vascular bundle, the thickness of the mechanical tissue, the thickness of the thin-walled and thick-walled tissues were significantly positively correlated with the bending strength of the second segment of the base. The correlation coefficients of small vascular bundle area, large vascular bundle area and the flexural force of the second internode at the base were 0.574** and 0.425**,respectively.The area of vascular bundle was positively correlated with the thickness of parenchyma, sclerochyma, mechanical tissue and flexural strength,so the lodging ability was increased. Therefore, the area of the vascular bundle in the stalk of highland barley is the most important index affecting the lodging of highland barley.Using the method of the second internode of the base to analyze the lignin and cellulose content in the chemical composition,it is concluded that the correlation coefficient between the second internode of the base and lignin is 0.493*,indicating that the higher the lignin content in the chemical composition, the stronger the lodging resistance of the highland barley, while the cellulose is on the contrary.3.Significant difference was found in this research use 40 copies of bending force of highland barley varieties, compare different lodging resistance evaluation method, and found that the base section 2 bending force method does well,so this method is used to highland barley stalks, internal anatomy structure and chemical composition of external morphological index, explore the important factors influencing the highland barley lodging,in order to promote highland barley yield, improve the quality of highland barley,It provides important basis for breeding new barley varieties with lodging resistance. |
