Highland barley is known as naked barley,and in some places rice barley and yuanmai are mainly planted in Tibet,Qinghai,Sichuan,Gansu and other places in China[1].The main grain crops in our country are relatively mature because of their wide planting scope,large area and good market economy.Due to the small planting area,the spread of planting land and the growth characteristics of the crop itself restrict the development and promotion of highland barley harvesting equipment[2].At the present stage,the harvest of highland barley mechanization in China is in its initial stage,and there is hardly any mechanical equipment specifically targeted at highland barley harvest in the market,so it is mainly based on artificial harvesting[3].In view of the present grain combine operations,stalk and ear are all feeding threshing cylinder threshing,cannot fundamentally make the highland barley stems ear separation,easy to cause tat card form in livestock throat inflammation to cause harm to animals.The double-layer cutting table designed by this institute can effectively divide the stems and the feeding resources of the grazing area,and completely solve the problem that the stalk cannot be separated when the mechanized harvesting of highland barley is obtained.Based on the existing grain combine harvester,the cutting table is improved and designed.The specific research contents of this project include the following aspects:(1)In order to reduce the pressure of threshing,the improvement of the existing rice and wheat combine highland barley harvest tat and stem separation effect,for the harvest of barley yield shear test with mechanics,and analyses the main factors influencing the barley harvest and discussion,has been the main factors influencing the highland barley stem cutting,can design for subsequent highland barley combine cutting institutions provide reliable theoretical reference.(2)Design a kind of spike stem shunt harvester,and only collect the barley wheat ear part into threshing drum threshing.The harvest cutting table adopts double layer design,the upper cutting table harvests the barley wheat ear part,and the lower cutting table harvests the barley stalk part.Upper cut in wheel is designed,the reciprocating cutter will be harvested under the function of highland barley grain for cutting,collection,and the upper cut sets of the screw conveyor(horizontal conveying stir dragon),the preparing work before complete threshing;In order to achieve the highland barley stalks of subsequent collection operation,lower cutting machine is designed for a group of vertical disk cutter,highland barley in high-speed rotating disk cutter stem from the roots cut off,and then by the vertical cylinder on the dial the tooth to cut its middle position,and by setting the lower the flattening of the rear roller compaction,operating units after finish the homework will be barley stem focus laid out into bars.(3)In order to realize the normal work of the double harvest,reduce the highland barley corn stalk shunt united harvest rig to the resonance of normal use of the design of double cut a modal analysis frame,and the double cut machine frame inherent frequency to avoid the external excitation frequency range.Using finite element method and ANSYS Workbench to frame structure optimization and experiments,can be effectively avoid resonance when harvesting machine work,to reduce the united harvest machine design basis for vibration.
