Study On The Level Of Agricultural Green Development In Xinjiang Under The Background Of Improving Quality And Efficiency

Adhere to the new concept of development,implement the concept of green production,ensure the green development of agriculture,promote the main connotation of agricultural supply-side structure reform,build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,agricultural production to achieve the primary goal of efficient output,product safety.Agricultural production in Xinjiang is an important source of income,and the goal of high efficiency and green production is contradictory to the present situation of high consumption,high investment,resource constraint and overdevelopment.Xinjiang,as a place with serious constraints on resources and environment,is extremely uneven in the distribution of natural resources.It adheres to the road of green agricultural development in Xinjiang,promotes the green development of agriculture,guarantees the high quality development of agriculture,and realizes rural revitalization.The first level index of agricultural green development level index system in Xinjiang is constructed from four levels: ecological environment index,agricultural green economic benefit index,green production index,social development and living standard index.Combined with the actual development of agriculture in Xinjiang,twenty secondary indicators,total water resources,total afforestation area,forest coverage,ecological construction as a proportion of forestry investment,total forestry output,agricultural land output,per capita grain output,total mechanical power per unit area,fertilizer use per unit area,effective irrigation area,conversion of agricultural fertilizer application,use of agricultural diesel oil,use of agricultural plastic film,per capita net income of rural households,consumption level of rural residents,educational funds,number of beds per 10,000 people in rural areas,and 20 secondary indicators of urban registered unemployment were obtained.Through comprehensive evaluation to measure the level of agricultural green development in Xinjiang,this paper puts forward the main measures of agricultural green development level and the choice of development path,(1)formulating agricultural green development policy according to local conditions;(2)promoting agricultural technology research and development;(3)intensive utilization of resources to develop efficient agriculture;(4)increasing high-standard farmland infrastructure;(5)relying on new agricultural management subjects and agricultural specialized service organizations;(6)fully implementing the strategy of rural revitalization to promote agricultural quality and efficiency.The conclusions are as follows :(1)The development trend of green agriculture is good,The annua l difference of green production is increased year by year;For Xinjiang agricultural green development l evel comprehensive evaluation results for 2011-2019 evaluation index-1.3326,-0.6363,-0.0114,-0.0132,0.7488,0.2234,0.3522,0.2077,0.2657.It shows that the development trend of green agriculture is good,The degre e of greening increases year by year.(2)The trend towards the protection of resources and the environm ent has achieved remarkable results;Although Xinjiang’s green level slightly decreased in 2018,The inde x is 0.2077,(3)Serious agricultural non-point source pollution,ecosystem degradation(4)ecological envi ronment and agricultural economic benefits,green production,residents’ social living standards and green matching.The new development concept puts forward higher requirements for greening,and it is urgent to explore the development path to improve the level of agricultural green development in Xinjiang.It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,speed up the transformation and upgrading of agriculture in Xinjiang,and promote the construction of modern agriculture,which is of great guiding significance to realize the dual development of agriculture.
