Abstract/Summary:
The diversity and vertical distribution characteristics of Calanthe were investigated and analyzed, and the phenotypic characteristics of 11 species of Calanthe were studied. The effects of 8 different culture substrate environments on the growth of the seedlings were studied. It mainly includes the difference of phenotypic characters and biomass accumulation ability, chlorophyll content and fluorescence characteristics of different cultivation substrates on the leaves, flowers and roots of Shrimp,in order to provide theoretical basis for domestication and cultivation of Calanthe reflexa. There are 18 species of Calanthe in Tibet, the vertical distribution is obvious "single peak" pattern, and the species richness in middle pullout area is obviously higher than that in low altitude and high altitude area. There were significant differences in the composition types of the flora of the genus Shrimp at different elevations.Tropical species are mainly distributed in the valley with lower altitude, and are the marginal regions of these tropical species;temperate species diffuse from high altitude to low altitude, and the middle and high altitude regions become one of the modern distribution centers of the more temperate genera. There were significant differences among different species of Calanthe reflexa, indicating that they had abundant phenotypic variation. At the Euclidean distance of 15.00,11 species of Calanthe were clustered into 2 species, which may be related to the altitude of the survival of Shrimp Spiraea, and also reflect the influence of environment on their phenotypic traits. There were different growth differences in leaves, flowers and roots of the seedlings of Calanthe reflexa growing in 8 different culture substrates.Among them, there were significant differences in leaf and flower parts, and the difference of phenotypic traits and biomass accumulation was very large. However, there was no significant difference in the roots of the seedlings growing in 8 different cultivation substrates. From the point of view of 8 different cultivation substrates,it was found that the phenotypic indexes and biomass accumulation of the seedlings were highly consistent with the types of cultivation substrates. The chlorophyll content of eight different cultivated substrates was significantly different, and the order of chlorophyll a、 chlorophyll b、total chlorophyll and carotenoid content was basically the same. The chlorophyll content of seedlings in No.5 and No.7 was significantly higher than that in other substrates, and the chlorophyll content of seedlings in No.1 and No.2 was the lowest. In general, different cultivation substrates had a significant effect on leaf growth, and substrate screening was important for phenotypic shape and biomass accumulation, leaf green content accumulation and photosynthesis.Rot wood(including 20% sawdust)is more suitable for domestication cultivation and leaf growth of shrimp ridge seedlings than saprophytic soil. The higher the content of saprophytic wood, the better the plant growth and the stronger the light and ability. The pure saprophytic wood matrix is the most suitable for the growth of Calanthe reflexa.but in the pure saprophytic soil environment, the seedling growth is slow and the photosynthetic ability is the lowest.
