Effects Of Crude Yam Polysaccharide On Growth Performance,Antioxidant And Immune Function Of Broilers | | Posted on:2022-01-22 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W X Zhao | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2493306473995259 | Subject:Master of Agriculture | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of crude yam polysaccharide on growth performance,antioxidant and immune performance of broilers,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of crude yam polysaccharide.In this experiment,360 healthy 817 broilers with similar body weight at 1 day old were randomly divided into 4 groups,one control group(fed with basic diet)and three experimental groups(fed with 0.025%,0.05%and 0.1%crude yam polysaccharide in basic diet),with 3 replicates in each group and 30 broilers in each replicate.The feeding experiment was divided into two stages:1-28 days and 28-48 days.The broilers were raised in cages,and the feeding and management were carried out according to the conventional treatment.They were free to feed and drink.The results are as follows1.The results showed that:compared with the control group,crude yam polysaccharide could significantly increase the body weight of 28 d and 48 D broilers(P<0.05).In 1-28 days,0.025%,0.05%and 0.1% groups could significantly increase the average daily feed intake(P<0.05)and average daily gain(P<0.05).At 28-48 days,0.025%,0.05%and 0.1%groups could increase the average daily feed intake(P<0.05)and average daily gain(P<0.05).0.05%group significantly increased the rate(P<0.05)and full eviscerated rate(P<0.05),and decreased the feed to meat ratio(P<0.05).The results showed that the production performance of broilers could be significantly improved by adding appropriate amount of crude yam polysaccharide(0.05%).2.The results showed that:compared with the control group,0.025%,0.05%and 0.1%groups could increase the levels of T3(P<0.05),GH(P<0.05),INS(P<0.05),HDL(P<0.05)and GSH PX(P<0.05)in serum of 28 D and 48 D broilers;0.05% and 0.01% groups could significantly increase the levels of Alb(P<0.05),T-SOD(P<0.05),T-AOC(P<0.05)and gsh-st(P<0.05)in serum of broilers at 28 and 48 days,and significantly reduce the content of MDA(P<0.05);The content of T4(P<0.05)and LDL(P<0.05)in serum of 28 d and 48 D broilers were significantly increased in 0.05%group.The results showed that the growth performance and antioxidant activity of broilers could be improved by adding 0.05%yam crude polysaccharide.3.The results showed that:compared with the control group,0.05%and 0.1%groups could significantly increase the levels of Ig M(P<0.05)and Ig G(P<0.05)in serum of 28 day broilers;The content of Ig A(P<0.05),IL-4(P<0.05)and IL-6(P<0.05)in serum of 28 d and 48 D broilers were increased in 0.05%group;The serum levels of IL-2(P<0.05),C3(P<0.05),C4(P<0.05)and TNF-αwere significantly increased in 0.05%and 0.1%groups(P<0.05).The results showed that crude yam polysaccharide(0.05%)could improve the resistance,immune performance,health status and growth of broilers.In conclusion,this study provides a data reference for the scientific application of the crude yam polysaccharide as a feed additive on broilers,and also provides a new idea for developing the natural green feed additive for broilers. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | yam polysaccharide, Broilers, Growth performance, Antioxidation, Immunity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
