In this paper, we studied the effects of Xylanase and HFP on growth performance, immunization and antioxidation of broilers both in vivo and vitro experiments, and comparedthe effects with HFP and antibiotics. In order to gain a high efficiency, green and safecompound feed additive, which can both improve the growth performance and boost thesecurity of broilers. the contents included: determined the irregular attenuated of enzymeactivity and evaluated the effect on corn-soybean meal in vitro; measured the lymphocytetransformation rate(LTR) of spleen in vitro; the effects of Xylanase,HFP and ANT on growthperformance, immunization and antioxidation of broilers in vivo. Main research results are asfollows:1. Under4and25℃, the half-life of xylanase enzyme activity was30and14d respectively, the amount of xylanase when append to feed should be considered; when the addition ofxylanase was800U/kg,12.2%of dry mater,60.2%of xylan and2.6%of cure protein could beimproved in digestibility of corn-soybean meal in vitro(P<0.05);2. Lymphocyte proliferation test in vitro indicated that when the adding quantity of HFP in100μg/mL and200μg/mL, poliferation of spleen T,B lymphocyte were significantly higher thanthose in control group(P<0.01), when added it exceeded400μg/mL, HFP could suppress theLTR of spleen in vitro;3. The addition of xylanase in corn-soybean meal improved the growth performance ofbroilers, Compared with control group(CK), in the experiment period,1200U/kg xylanasecaused the average weight(AW) raised9.3%and12.6%(P<0.05), feed/gain(F/G) reduced7.06%and7.10%(P<0.05), protein utilization(PU) improved14.6%and16.3%(P<0.05)respectively in1-21days and22-42days. The addition of xylanase in corn-soybean mealcould significantly reduce the viscosity of duodenum and ileum chyme, simultaneously, significantly increase the pH(P<0.05) of duodenum and ileum chime both in1-21days and22-42days.4. The addition of HFP in corn-soybean meal improved the immunization and antioxidationof broilers.0.1%HFP worked with ConA and LPS significantly improved the spleenlymphocyte transformation rate(LTR) of broilers(P<0.05). The content of IL-2and IFN-γfrom the serum were determined in1-21days and22-42days, the results showed the group ofHFP and X1200+HFP were significantly higher than the CK(P<0.01). The enzyme activityof T-SOD, CAT and the content of MDA from serum were measured to verified the antioxidation of broilers, the results indicated that the HFP improved the enzyme activity of T-SOD and CAT from serum obviously, and efficaciously lowered the content of MDA(P<0.05).5. In views of comparison results of HFP and Antibiotics(ANT) on growthperformance, immunization and antioxidation, of the two were basically the same, suggestedthat HFP may substitute ANT to some extent on the production of broilers.
