In order to decrease the dependence of fishmeal on foreign imports and reduce feed costs, this paper studies the impact of the fermented peanut meal on the growth performance of weanling piglets, gut microorganisms, nutrients and amino acid utilization, serum immunity and blood biochemical indicators,by using enzyme bacteria fermented peanut meal to take the place of weanling piglets in conventional daily grain fishmeal and by means of animal testing.I selected 200 28-day-old "Du grew up" three-dimensional hybrid weanling piglets, and randomly divided them into 2 treatment groups, each treatment group setting 5 repeats, each repeat with 20 pigs.In the Control Group: the piglets were fed with conventional diet without adding fermented peanut meal;In the Test Group: the piglets were fed with 3% enzyme bacteria fermented peanut meal to replace the 3%high-quality fishmeal diet. The total duration of the trial period was 28 days.In the intermediate stage(morning of the 15 th day),feces was taken from the rectum of the piglets on an empty stomach to test the microbial conditions in the piglet’s intestines; On the next day at the end of the test(morning of the 29 th day),piglets were given fasting intravenous blood draws, and serum immunity and blood biochemical indexes were measured;During the third week of the test(day 14-21),nutrient and amino acid utilization were determined.Consequences: 1.Compared with the Control Group, the group that were fed with fermented peanut meal without adding fermented peanut meal, the daily weight gain and daily intake of piglets in the Test Group did not change significantly after the end of this experiment P>0.05),the weight ratio decreased slightly by about 1.53%(P>0.05),and the diarrhea rate decreased remarkably by about 30%(P<0.05).2.In the third week of the experiment, the daily grain nutrient and amino acid utilization rate of the Control Group and the test group were measured by AIA method, and the crude protein(CP)in the diet of the test group increased by about 9.2%(P<0.05),and the utilization rate of other nutrients improved. The utilization rate of lysine increased by 5.24%(P<0.05)and the utilization rate of other kinds of amino acids was not significant(P>0.05).3.On the 15 th day of the trial, the intestinal microbial index of piglets was measured in the Control Group and the Test Group respectively, and the data comparison showed that the total amount of E.coli in the Test Group decreased by about 8%(P<0.05),and the total amount of Lactobacillus increased by about 7.4%(P<0.05).4.After the trial, after comparing the serum immunity and blood biochemical indicators of piglets in the Control Group and the test group one by one,the data showed that the piglets’ Ig A increased by about 3.3%,Ig G and Ig M increased by 8.7% and 7.1% respectively(P<0.05),and The serum immunity index of the piglets in the test group was better than that in the Control Group, and the blood content of TCHO,TG,AST and ALT of piglets in the Control Group was lower(P>0.05),and the URFA content reduced by 11.3%(P<0.05),TP,ALP content increased by 8.7% and 9.5%respectively(P<0.05).The results showed that: enzyme bacteria fermented peanut meal can partially replace the high-quality fishmeal in routinely diet.It can effectively improve the growth performance of weaned piglets, promote the balance of microorganisms in the intestines, strengthen weanling piglets immunity, and improve nutrient utilization rate in diet.
