In recent years,the frequent occurrence of forest fires in China have caused huge losses to forest resources and people’s lives and property.In this regard,the government have successively formulated the "Regulations on Forest Fire Prevention" and "Guidelines on the Development of Smart Forestry in China",proposing to apply advanced science and technology to forest fire prevention in China.With the development of the concept of "Smart Forestry",a more complete and systematic technical system and guidance for forest fire prevention has been issued.Taking "Smart Forestry" as the frame and Laoshan National Forest Park as the research area,this paper studies the application of new generation of cutting-edge technologies,such as 3D geographic information,wireless sensor networks,and artificial intelligence,to forest fire protection system,and tries to build an intelligent analysis platform for smart forestry fire prevention Internet of Things(Io T).The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In order to reduce the impact of mountain forest environment on the node location of fire prevention Io T,a node’s optimal location selection strategy integrating 3D GIS and analytic hierarchy process is proposed,which is to achieve the quantitative expression of external influence factors,such as effective coverage,terrain visibility,monitoring location,solar radiation and viewshed range,and finally realize the node optimal location selection of fire prevention Io T.(2)The visualization technology of 3D geographic information data of forest fire prevention based on Web GIS is studied.Using the 3D development technology of Arc GIS,the high-resolution true 3D image topographic map is realized by overlaying terrain data and satellite remote sensing image,and the fusion display with 3D fire resource feature models made by 3ds Max is completed,which provides a base map for visualization and intelligent analysis of 3D geographic information data of forest fire prevention.(3)Aim at the problems of incomplete forest road network and unreasonable path planning in forest fire fighting,forest fire suppression path selection model is put forward.Firstly,the forest road network is extracted from GPS track data.Secondly,the topological structure of forest road network is constructed and stored by using node-arc model of graph and coverage geographic data model of Arc GIS.Finally,the heuristic function of A* algorithm is designed by introducing elevation difference,and we verified the feasibility of applying the algorithm to forest fire path planning.Combining with the actual needs of forest fire prevention,this paper implements an intelligent analysis platform for smart forestry fire prevention Io T.According to the different functions,the platform is divided into map layers management module,fire prevention Io T module,intelligent video surveillance module and eco-environmental monitoring module.Compared with the traditional forest fire prevention platform,the platform has the functions of real-time rendering for static data such as terrain image,local placenames,forest road network,fire prevention resources,and dynamic data such as personnel information and ecological environment parameters,which can provide reference for the construction of forest fire prevention system.
