With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,more and more applications of the Internet of Things have been applied in modern agriculture.This paper researches and designs a set of smart collar monitoring system based on Internet of Things.It can use low-power sensors to monitor live information of livestock in real time and judge the living status of livestock based on monitoring information.The paper firstly analyzes the application status of Internet of Things technology in the field of agriculture at home and abroad,and formulates the overall scheme of the smart collar monitoring system,including hardware and software design of data acquisition nodes,software design of monitoring system upper computer and animal movement identification algorithm design.The data acquisition node includes a microcontroller module,an MPU6050 sensor module,a GPS positioning module,a Micro SD card storage module,and a wireless transmission module.This paper designs the hardware part of the circuit diagram and PCB layout,and the use of Solidworks software to design the smart collar shell,and in the data acquisition node transplantation of the corresponding module of the underlying driver,prepared the control software,smart collar data acquisition node can be real-time acquisition The various information data of the livestock is sent to the upper computer part through the wireless transmission module.This article also uses the C# language to write the upper computer software on the.Net Framework 4.6.1 platform,which can receive the data acquisition node data,and display the data in real time and store it in the database.At the same time,an animal motion recognition algorithm based on motion sensor is designed.The K-means mean clustering algorithm is used to cluster the triaxial acceleration data collected by the simulated sensor.The simulation is performed on the Jupyter Notebook using python language.Identification of different movements of livestock.At the end of the thesis,the functions of each module of the intelligent collar monitoring system are tested.The designed data acquisition node and PC software can run normally,and can complete the task of collecting,transmitting and displaying various activities of livestock.The designed algorithm It is possible to identify the movements of livestock and determine the health of the animals.
